House matched the photos and description. Venkata was easy to work with and responded to questions. It was clean and easy to find. Bonus was the attached two car garage which helped since street parking can get congested.

What a great location and really nice and clean home in Modesto! The hots were super responsive, kind, helpful and friendly. The location of the home is safe, with empty fields on three sides, a fenced in yard, and great locks on all the entryways. It is on a busy residential street but it was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were such a benefit go have, the kitchen had lots of condiments, spices and other extras, and the bathroom was spotless along with everything else in the house. We highly recommend this Airbnb and host.

The house had high cathedral ceilings and very cheerful window views from all the rooms. A very spacious feeling. The house exceeded my expectations. Jose was a great communicator.

The place was just as described, and perfectly fit our needs for a multi-family getaway. Easy access to Yosemite, and plenty of space at the house for the kids to play. The hosts provided all the info we needed in advance, and we had no issues during our stay. Kitchen is well apportioned for meal prep, and the back patio is a perfect place to chat away the after dinner hours.

John was very communicative and instructions were clear.

Great space in the outer fields of Yosemite

The ranch is beautiful and the Bird Ranch name is definitely fitting. We listened to the birds sing and chirp all day long. There is plenty of space on the ranch to do outdoor activities and explore. The house itself is an older home and it shows in some places but the charm of the home is great. I would definitely come back to this property.

This stay had such a homey feel in all the right ways. There were a lot of little amenities that were super nice little touches, like popcorn next to the TV, s'mores ingredients, and dog bed provided. It was such an amazing stay with obvious care and personal touches

This place and the hosts are just amazing! Especially for animal lovers and families with kids this place is just unbelievable. It’s really not just a place to stay but it’s a place where kids and adults can have so many beautiful experiences. For example my kids were able to pet and feed rabbits, chickens, goats (even bottle feeding them!), cats, and pickup fresh eggs. Deanna and Michael also organized additional fun activities like a bunny fort, a scavenger hunt, a fireplace with s’mores. Pool and hot tub were also really nice. Deanna also clearly has an eye for beauty and the house is very nicely furnished and decorated. They also provide all kids friendly things like potty seat, baby cutlery, toys, … The only problem with this place is that I don’t think I’ll be able to enjoy any other Airbnb in the future given how amazing this one was :D sets a bar that cannot be matched :D Seriously, If you’re reading this and not sure whether to book, just book it, you won’t regret :)

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Silver Bell Barn. Cindy and her family have been so welcoming and easy going it feels like home. The house is very private and quiet and the property is a joy to walk through meeting the horses and cow, friendly dogs and barn cats. Can’t wait to stay another month or two!

We had a great stay! The outdoor view was beautiful and we loved hanging outside with our family. It was really spacious and had plenty of room and it was close to town and a pretty quick drive to Yosemite. I’d highly recommend!!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet which made relaxing outside by the pool quite peaceful. The kitchen is great and well stocked, and there was more than enough room for our family. Would recommend for sure.

Our third time here because we like the location and the relatively quiet surroundings. Home is cozy and the back yard is a great place to sit and have a cocktail.

Jerry was a great host! He is quick to respond and is accommodating. Check in was easy and all instructions were very clear. His house was beautiful and clean. Pictures didn’t lie. The best part were the beds! So comfy and we all slept like a baby! I would stay again if I was ever in the area.

We stayed with my family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We got locked out the first night and Jesse responded right away and got us in. There were no issues and we would stay again!

Lovely casita felt right at home. My check in was later on at night since I drove in late and he was very accommodating to that and to check out. The decor was very modern nice. Mark was a pleasure to work with. I would definately book with him again in the future.

Located a few mins drive outside the mountain town of Mariposa, Jessie's place was perfectly situated in a quiet and serene area within 45 mins drive of Yosemite Valley. The cabin is quaint and cozy with all the amenities we needed for our pleasant 4 night stay.

had a wonderful stay with Armando. The suite was comfortable and truly a mid-century modern classic! He was proactive in reaching out to me and mentioning what the weather would be like in Merced and I really appreciated him going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

We absolutely loved our stay! The area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved having a bbq and sitting out watching the sunset keeping warm by the fire pit. The bed was so comfortable and the whole place was decorated with style. The only thing I will say is that on the listing it didn’t have a hair dryer as an amenity, but I was delighted to find that there was one in the bathroom drawer! Would definitely recommend if you are after a remote location stay an hour and 40 minutes from Yosemite Valley.
