Beautiful home and hosts are amazing with communication and help!

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

We had a lovely stay at this house for our Yosemite trip. Super close to the valley and tuolumne meadows, great place to come back to after a long day of hiking. Tina was a great host.

Rashad's place great for out entire fam. The house was very clean and well equipped. It's in a very safe neighborhood which was a plus. We did come across a couple hiccup's that were resolved immediately. We enjoyed the home and loved the layout and a the different area of the house. Thank you for hosting us, you have a lovely home. Super spacious!!

Our stay at this ranch property was exactly what we needed—quiet, relaxing, and full of charm. The home is situated in the middle of a beautiful ranch, surrounded by orchards that made the entire stay feel peaceful and secluded. Inside, the house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The living space was comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. The beds were cozy, and the entire home had a calm, homey feel that made it easy to unwind. What really set this place apart was the setting. Watching the sunset over the orchards, enjoying our morning coffee with views of open fields, and being away from the noise of town made it a memorable escape. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in effortless. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, countryside getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds and surroundings, so nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed - tons of kitchen pots/pans, utensils, plates, bowls (even kid size items), and lots of clean towels. Perfect size for two small families, or one larger family. We wished the weather was warmer so we could be enjoyed hanging out in the patio and backyard more.

Had an amazing get away weekend with my partner, definitely worth every penny!

Beautiful place , room in a motel basically but easy to reach. We sparked first night in the road but had a place in the lot next day. Close to sequoia grove and also to Yosemite itself. Would recommend

This was my second time staying here, but I was solo this time. Quality across the board, no detail overlooked. This is our new "go to" place in Mariposa. Thank you folks for running such a tight ship.

Prettige ruimte en ruime badkamer. Fijn dat er enige voorzieningen zijn om zelf te eten en te drinken. Top dat we gebruik konden maken van een Netflix account en een eigen parkeerplaats. Verder erg proactieve communicatie vanuit de hosts, we voelden ons erg welkom en ondanks dat we niets extra nodig hadden, was het erg gemakkelijk om extra service te vragen. Tot slot is het een ideale uitvalsbasis om naar Yosemite National Park te gaan, zeker gezien het mooi in het midden ligt van de twee toegangen.

We loved staying here!! Our family spent a few days here spring break and had the best time! The property is private and peaceful. The house is comfortable and nice. The location is perfect for visiting Yosemite (although, you may love the property so much, you won’t feel the need to leave to visit the park!!!)

We wanted solitude and relaxation… we found it at The Cabin! The views are incredible. The Cabin has all the amenities needed to unplug and detach from the world. It’s clean and the beds are super comfy. When we had questions Jeremy responded quickly. We highly recommend this beautiful place and would stay there again!

Amazing home in a great location! We really appreciated the little details such as dog bowls & treats, accessible fire wood, spices to cook and more! The house is very spacious, great for family and doggos. The bonfire area was super cool, we got to toast marshmallows and look at shooting stars! The host, James, was really flexible with us and super quick at responding. We appreciate the detailed instructions in his listing, we didn’t have to bother him for any additional questions, (we learned how to use a wood burning stove through his instructions listed). I definitely recommend this place to other folks looking to visit Yosemite or simply to getaway. 10/10!

The best part was the location—just a short drive to Yosemite National Park, making it super convenient for early morning hikes and scenic drives. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the park while enjoying a peaceful and welcoming home base!

This home was exactly as it was described! It was clean, beautiful, and very welcoming. Often times Airbnb places feel like rental places where the quality of the furniture, kitchen amenities, rugs… Etc. are all really poor quality or just adequate quality. Everything in their home was high quality and felt like somebody actually lived there when we weren't there. There was a lot of attention to detail and you could feel the love in the home. We really felt like we were spending time in someone's home as opposed to someone's rental space. We will definitely be returning! In addition, the host were incredibly responsive, offered many recommendations and flexible. We really appreciated them and made our stay great!!!

Very cozy and welcoming! Has all the amenities needed. Great place to stay with plenty of pillows and blankets. Just before reaching the entrance I would recommend slowing down so it’s not missed! Overall super relaxing, definitely recommend Cozy Bear Hollow!
