The location is down single lanes and we were busy reserving some of the time, but Pete’s directions were great and very clear. Hazel was very helpful on site when we tripped the electric. The site was clean and quiet, other campers were polite and friendly. The amenities were clean and functional, if a little dated. We struggled for phone signal which was prefect for switching off. Thank you Pete, have recommended your place to friends already.

A beautiful place to stay that was very comfortable for our stay (2 adults, 2 children and a dog). Located a short drive from Barmouth town and beach, it is ideally located out of the way and within a very peaceful setting. The private garden is very well maintained and looks out to sea that shows beautiful sunsets. The shepherds hut was spacious enough for our stay and had everything that we needed. Thank you Hayley and Gareth. We had a lovely weekend.

Our weekend break didn’t go to plan but the short time I did get to spend at the hut was so peaceful, it was clean, the hot tub was great all in all was a lovely place to stay, I do hope to book again in the near future and get to experience it thoroughly in all its glory.

I could not recommend this place more!The accommodation was brilliant for a weekend get away. The hut was cosy, clean, private and equipped with anything you could possibly need throughout the stay. Rachael and Alan were amazing and always helpful with any requests. The highlight was definitely the wood burning hot tub to relax and watch the stars in the evening. The location of the site is brilliant being around a 15minute drive from so many attractions and local villages whilst keeping a quiet countryside feel whilst on site. I could not fault this accommodation and I would definitely visit this place again.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, faultless standard of the amenities, location, tranquility and super friendly host. Really did surpass all expectations for a private and beautiful getaway, surrounded by beautiful Welsh scenery and animals. Will definitely be returning for a longer stay whenever possible! Honestly - the best air BnB we’ve stayed in !! I almost don’t want to rave about it too much so that I can make sure I can get availability when I next come 🤣🤣 Helen is the most friendly and welcoming host. Instructions to find the place were clear and precise and her knowledge of the area and mountains is incredible which is really helpful if you’re there to hike!! Super welcoming and even baked us bread and left us cake for when we checked in (she knew we’d been climbing snowdon that day) The place itself is STUNNING. Cosy, secluded and clean with the most incredible views. What an amazing find. I actually cannot wait to go back!!!!

The best Easter Weekend spent at the hut! Had everything we needed and more. Lots of little attention to detail and extras. It was 4 days we’ll never forget. Cerys was so helpful and lovely! Myself, my husband and our 8 year old had the best time and can’t recommend enough. Big thank you to Cerys’s gorgeous twin girls that were the best tour guides and friend to our daughter. We really didn’t want to go home. We’ll be back 🩷 xx

our stay was beautiful from when we arrived to leaving. we we're greeted with a very friendly welcome. cosy and romantic setting for couples calm and peaceful for those that want some alone time. we will definitely return.

Fabulous shepherds hut in beautiful surroundings, lovely and private. Trish met us on arrival to give us a quick tour and show us a walk down to the main road. Also some little treats inside the hut, which was a lovely touch.

Very happy with our stay at Phil & Paula. The place was clean and tidy with everything you need from kitchen utensils to umbrella, radio and torch light. The host is very approachable when need it. It is clearly that the host cares about their customers and property.

Louise is an excellent host and has really thought of everything. The accommodation itself was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Louise went above and beyond. There were some great recommendations on the list provided and we had a really nice dinner in the potted lobster. The views were incredible and I hope to return again

Had a wonderful long weekend at the hut horsebox. Maureen and Mike were welcoming and helpful, adding personal touches like homemade bread, jam, and eggs. The peaceful place with a beautiful garden (I had to take photos to take back home with me of the lovely plants for ideas ☺️)and unique concept of the horsebox and sauna truly enhanced our stay. It was ideally located for our Snowdon trek and close to tourist attractions. I enjoyed our conversations with Maureen and Mike and hope to return for another stay. Keep up the good work Negat

Arrived at Tan-y-capel hideaway and was immediately greeted by our hosts Rebecca and David, both were very friendly and we felt very welcome, we were showed to the shepherds hut which is a very short walk from where you park, they do provide a clean wheelbarrow to transport your items from the car to the hut which is very thoughtful and convenient. The hut is located in its own field and is completely private, there is a flower meadow on the walk towards the hut and the view from the property is beautiful. we were provided with a bottle of prosecco and some homemade cookies upon entering which is a really nice touch and we felt very welcomed, we were left to our own devices but told to contact if we needed anything. the place was absolutely spotless and I have no complaints about cleanliness whatsoever. the hot tub was constantly on and ready to use and David showed us how to use it. The hut was plenty warm enough with heating there if needed. We also met George the Goat ❤️

Where to begin! A heavenly stay from start to finish. Stunning location, beautiful hut - clearly designed and built with love and attention to every detail. Mark and Jonathan could not have been more kind and welcoming. Sitting and watching the sunset from Elen has to go down as one of my happiest, most memorable moments. Loved the firepit and cosy wood burner. Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back - absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you Mark and Jonathan for being so lovely. See you soon x

I loved Ruby's little place. Really wished I'd had longer to stay and explore the area. It has everything you need for a little break away. And the loo and shower in a separate building just steps away really isn't an issue. Would recommend.

Great 2 night stay here! Very clean accommodation and friendly staff! Lovely cake upon arrival baked but the hosts aswell. Would reccomend for a short stay in snowdonia

Breathtaking location, the cabin is so special, secluded and quiet. We had the most wonderful time and saw so many birds (yay!) in the area. (Ospreys, kingfisher, grasshopper warblers, jays etc.) The cabin is very close drive to the mountains, beaches, shops and restaurants. The hosts were so lovely and kind, and the cabin was spotless clean and had everything needed. Lovely and warm too. The toilets and showers were so nice and we really appreciate the eco aspect of the farm. Diolch!!

We had the most incredible stay at the Anglesey Hideaway Shepherds Hut. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome we’ve ever experienced. The hut is beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nothing could have prepared us for the tranquility of waking up to those stunning views—watching the sunrise and sunset in such a serene setting was beyond blissful. The animals on the property added so much charm to our stay, and we especially fell in love with Ozwald (my partner is still joking about sneaking him home with us!). Everyone on the Anglesey Hideaway team was so friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our queries and full of great local recommendations, especially for places to eat. We were also greeted with fresh eggs from their chickens and freshly ground coffee, which was the sweetest touch and made us feel so welcomed. Thank you for creating such a magical little getaway. Everything with the pod was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to return. The location is great, 5 min drive to menai bridge and easy to access the rest of the island. The views are absolutely superb and having a both a cooker & netflix / amazon prime etc in the pod was a nice surprise. Thank you again!
