Our goal was to create a space for the entire family. The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. We have always felt that taking care of our family and friends were the top priority. Our home is located near Queen Wilhelmina State Park, the Talimena National Scenic Byway & the Ouachita National Forest. There are beautiful views from the deck and you can see beautiful trees out of every window. Our cozy home is only 6 miles from the town of Mena known for many attractions including the Old Home Train Depot Museum (you can occasionally hear the train go by the house) & fantastic antique shops. You will find so many unique restaurants art galleries and shopping close by.

Take a moment to disconnect from the world and spend some time in a quiet rural area surrounded by the majestic Ouachita mountains and watch the sunset from the backyard. The D bar D farmhouse is a cozy, family-friendly house that is literally located on a family farm. Less than .25 miles down the road you will find an access point to enjoy the peaceful Ouachita river or drive a short 30 minutes to Wolf Pen Gap to ride ATVs or find Irons Fork Lake 6 miles away to take in nature and fish.

Loblolly Pines Cabin - A modern retreat on 6 acres

Loblolly Pine's is located a stones throw from the peaceful Ouachita National Forest. Thoughtfully curated, comfy and cozy, the private 6 acre property gets its name from the towering loblolly pines scattered throughout. Private setting, surrounded by trees, and less than 2 miles from the Ouachita Trail, Black Fork Mtn Trail, & Talimina Scenic Drive. Has wi-fi, smart TV, covered deck, & heat/air. The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance on Highway 71.
