Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

Unique 1880s railway home

A recently renovated traditional railway workers terraced house in Melton Constable. Previously the heart of the M&GNR steam railway, known as the muddle and go nowhere, small nods to its golden era can be seen throughout the house. Our terraced house offers a cosy get- away to the stunning North-Norfolk coastline as the property is 15 mins drive away from Cley-Next-The-Sea. This is the perfect place to base yourself out of to paddleboard, surf or kayak or enjoy the local wildlife.

“Estella” Shepherds Hut with private hot tub

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Beautiful three bedroom barn conversion.

Harold’s Barn opened in May 2022. It is located in the former farmyard in Briningham and was once a potato barn! Harold's Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs. The barn has been restored sympathetically and while retaining lots of it's original features on the outside it has a modern and very spacious feel on the inside. The barn has amazing views across the valley, a private garden and private, plentiful, off road parking.

The Tin Train

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. The Tin Train is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a tranquil break for one.

Holly House

Holly House is our much loved, peaceful Victorian home. With a large garden for kids and dogs. Fabulous central location in North Norfolk with easy quick access to all of the beaches and seaside towns along the coast line, from Brancaster to Cromer. Our favourite for dog walks (& fish n chips) is Wells-next-the-Sea. Holt is less than 3 miles and it is an easy and direct commute to Norwich City Centre. A great place for fun filled holidays with friends and family.

Chapel Piece North Norfolk self-contained studio

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. You have a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden. We are available if you need any information, we will greet you on arrival .

The Sidings

The Sidings is a luxury pod that sleeps 2. It has beautiful panoramic views of the North Norfolk countryside and is the perfect place to escape the fast pace of life. Situated on the outskirts of the village of Gunthorpe and approx 15-20 mins drive to the North Norfolk coastline. Its central location makes it a great base for visiting all of Norfolk. It’s private, not over looked and has an outdoor area to enjoy the views surrounding you.

Border Cottage, Norfolk

Our cosy, dog-friendly cottage in Briston, Norfolk is the perfect countryside retreat for couples. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a snug living room with a fireplace. Traditional steep, twisted stairs add character but may challenge guests with mobility issues. With parking, gardens and direct field access, plus a pub 100 m away and the Norfolk coast nearby, it’s an ideal place to unwind.

Porky Hootons Pavilion is set deep within the North Norfolk countryside boasting a rustic charm within an idyllic setting, offering a cosy quirky feel. Rural walks are in abundance. Historic market towns are close by offering pubs, restaurants and shops. We offer a minimum 2 nights stay . Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will show you around and give you general information on the area.

Beautiful cottage near the North Norfolk coast, freshly renovated for summer 2021. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
