Lovely cosy place to stay in the heart of Dorset

Oak Tree Barn is a self-catering holiday accommodation in the heart of the village of Hazelbury Bryan, Dorset. The conversion was completed in early 2012 using locally reclaimed materials and keeping many of the original features. The Barn is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer, the detached Barn has a large open-plan lounge and kitchen with views towards the local hills. The two bedrooms (one double with bath, one twin with shower) overlook paddocks where sheep graze and chicken forage.

The Manor House Suite

The Manor Suite is a newly renovated, self-contained retreat in the heart of Milborne St Andrew, a quiet Dorset village. The suite sits in the shadow of a 13th century church, offering a truly peaceful base to explore the region. The Jurassic Coast, Weymouth and Dorchester are all within easy reach. Lovely views of the Blackmore Vale (amazing sunsets weather permitting!) Our huts are in a secluded area of the farm. Kingsize bed/twin beds opposite ends with curtains for privacy. Woodburner, hot/cold running water, fridge, hob, microwave, wardrobe. Picnic bench & fire pit outside. Wonderful walks, only 10 minutes on foot to village shop and pub. Great for families. Short walk to luxury wetrooms, w/m, drier. Fishing on farm. Indoor exercise pool payable locally. (Subject to availability)

The Barn @ Star Farm

Recently converted the barn has its own private track and has wonderful views over unspoilt farmland. The property is quietly on the outskirts of the village of Hazelbury Bryan and is within a 45 minute drive to the Dorset Coast. The market towns of Sherborne, Blandford Forum and Dorchester are all within 20 minutes drive.

The cottage is a lovely grade II, listed, historic, thatched cottage. It's in a conservation area which is also in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are lots of great local country walks. It’s also a central base to visit all that Dorset has to offer; from beaches and beauty spots to country towns. The Crown pub is in the centre of the village, only 5 minutes walk away. Our Sports and Social Club has a a bar and play equipment. It is on the left at the north end of the village

The Garden Cottage on the Stock Gaylard Estate

Private and charming, nestled in a family Estate in Dorset. The cottage sits behind the main family house and is accessed through the long private drive through the deer park. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and snug room to cosy up around the log burner or watch a film. Immediately outside the cottage is a secluded and fenced garden, complete with a hot tub and the sounds of birds. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads in fields with farm animals.
