it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Mihael’s place was in an ideal location—just a 10-minute walk to the BTS and close to malls, restaurants, and bars. The apartment had all the essentials for a pleasant stay, is located on one of the highest floors with unobstructed views, and the building amenities were great. Most importantly, Mihael was an amazing host: attentive, proactive, and caring. I would highly recommend him!

Surprise, surprise - We booked it again, even when the price was increased :) So , have the opportunity to have a second opinion: This is not a regular Airbnb stay - it is actually more like a home stay. It is clean, quiet and spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with toilets) new apartment. Everything is nearby: convenient shops are near the entrance, bank and ATM is 3 minutes away, even a quality Dong Hair Salon is 2 minutes away. The time there goes fast, so better book quickly and for few weeks. There is a small bonus - a drinking water (triple filtered) tap :) This is an absolute gem, not only in Haiphong, but compared to many other stays. It may also turn you into a returning customer ! Looking forward for my third stay :)

The apartment is clean, spacious, and gloriously quiet, which allowed me to sleep very well throughout my stay. A major bonus is the location - Mi Amor is very close to a Vinbus stop (HOA BINH Resort), providing free rides to and from the airport, which made transportation incredibly convenient. What really made the experience special was the charming attention from Huong/Aroma. She provided a wealth of information about Phú Quốc and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Her local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire island experience. The accommodation exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and tranquility. Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

I had an amazing stay! The place looks exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Bilder sind auf dem aktuellen Stand und man kann überall gut zu Fuß hin. Der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl lassen einen auch gut produktiv sein.

За 20 лет зимовки в Таиланде, это наверное лучшая квартира, где мы останавливались и лучший хозяин! Квартира была чистая, это наверное первый раз, когда я не бежала в магазин докупать вешалки или сушилки. Было абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфорта. Легкое заселение, теневая сторона. А самая большая благодарность хозяину, за его отзывчивость и заботу. Был на связи 24/7. Решал сразу все возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Я надеюсь вернуться опять
