I recently stayed at an Airbnb property that exceeded all my expectations. The apartment, situated on the 8th floor, offers a stunning view of the Landmark 81 building right from the balcony, which was a highlight of my stay. The host was incredibly cooperative and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The property itself is well-maintained and brimming with amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The ambiance of the house is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Conveniently located, the property is within walking distance of several general stores that are open 24 hours a day. This made it easy to pick up any essentials at any time. Overall, this Airbnb is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with an amazing view.

Everything is very well prepared, clean. The bedroom is very good-looking, the balcony space is cool, the view is on the 30th floor. There are full cooking utensils, towels, shampoo. Except that the TV cannot be used because it is not programmed. In particular, the host Yu and her staff are very attentive in guiding me and responding to messages very quickly and necessary. Will come back to Yuhouse when I have the opportunity to come to LM81. This feedback is not written by bot, so please don't worry when booking!

A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

There are many amenities around the apartment, and it’s quiet and clean. The host is also very responsive!

Another wonderful and relaxing stay at a Nguyen and Hai Trieu AirBnB! The home was very beautiful, clean and modern, and had everything we needed! Something that wasn't listed that we were surprised to see was a washing machine! That 3rd washroom was very useful for our family of 4. The home is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with neighbors who were very friendly and kind! If you like malls it's a very short 10min walk to the GO Mall from the AirBnB. The mall has everything you'd need, grocery store, various food vendors, a cafeteria, clothing stores, and many other stores, as well as a cinema. Many of the vendors there accept credit card which was convenient! If you want to visit the Vincom Plaza on the west side of city, the cab ride was about 75k VND one way. One caveat to note is that the roads are a little narrow and those 90 degree turns can be bit challenging to negotiate for automobiles. However, our skilled cab drivers had no troubles.

Huongs apartment was very cosy and looked like in the pictures. She picked us up from the airport and we could check in early as the previous guests left early! She made our arrival to Phu Quoc very pleasant. She also had many good recomendations and the apartment was in walking distance to the night market and many good restaurants. We stayed 7 nights and highly recomend others to stay here as well if you are considering it. Thanks for all Huong!

Candy Pepper & Susie Q’s designer house is a fantastic and unique place to stay in Kampot. It has a lot of space, nice bedrooms with good AirCon, beautiful kitchen, nice terrace to watch Kampot move by, and the art and decor is simply spectacular - the entire house is filled with interesting and colorful art, much of it specific to southeast Asia. There is even billiard table, a turntable and a great selection of vinyl LPs. It was great to relax after a day around town with Prince, the Stones and Sade, among many others. The host was very kind and responsive, and also has a separate guesthouse and cafe, Candy Pepper, a few blocks away that has the best Thai food around. The location of the house is ideal, out of the way of the louder parts of Kampot, but still central, so it is very easy to reach the river or many shops with a just a short walk. It is also very close - just about one block - to a few excellent Kampot restaurants, like Cafe Espresso and Deva. Highly recommend.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Mọi vật dụng trong nhà được chủ nhà chuẩn bị rất chỉn chu, chu đáo và có gu, mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng ,tiện nghi. Không gian yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, thoáng và chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!
