I would love to say our stay was terrible and keep this amazing spot a secret, but it was stunning! Diane and guest support team were amazing! Our short stay was fill of discovery really thoughtful little touches: Easter eggs on bed, calming music playing as arrived, bag of wood complimentary, marshmallows and skewers in cupboard, cold water in fridge etc.

Second time back and this is 100% a little home away from home for me. Cottage has everything you need for a short term stay, clean, private, the area is quite and the hosts are amazing - let's not forget that Indie, the hosts fur baby, is the star of the show, always respectfully checking in on you 🥰. Dit verblijf was buitengewoon fantastisch!! Super vriendelijke host, proper, uiterst gezellig, prachtig uitzicht, wakker worden met het geluid van de zee op de achtergrond, ´s avonds zalig in de hottub,... Een huisje om gewoon 100% te genieten van elkaar!

Daniel was an amazing host! Knysna is beautiful but Daniel's home is not only beautiful but so welcoming. He was always available, attentive and shared so many activities and things to do. his whole family was so kind, you don't even feel out of place. I was so sad when we left. Definitely coming back!

Our stay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived in Ballots Bay we were completely captivated by the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings. Nestled in a nature reserve, the home feels like a secluded haven, with breathtaking views at every turn. The accommodation itself is elegant and thoughtfully curated – a perfect blend of comfort and style. Both bedrooms offer stunning views, allowing us to wake up each morning to the sight and sound of the ocean. The bathroom was a particular highlight, with its sweeping sea views from both the bath and the shower – an experience we won’t soon forget. Sally has created a truly special space that allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the serenity of Ballots Bay. We loved every minute and left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by natural beauty.

We really felt at home at Piece of Heaven. It was relaxing and peaceful, as the Garden Route always is. Whatever you need on holiday, is available at Felicia's place and we felt very safe and accommodated. Will definitely recommend a stay!
