This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Alessandra’s place was incredible. We enjoyed being there just as much as we enjoyed traveling around Italy. Town of Conca dei Marini and the little beach there were our favorites. Friendly people, beautiful surroundings, great central location - close to Amalfi, Agerola, Positano and Ravello. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises every day. Property manager, Anna Maria was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and amenities. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning location! It is a bit difficult to get to, but completely worth the trouble! They apparently have a little cart to help with the luggage but it was not working during our arrival or departure. The cobblestones are no joke. But the town and home are incredibly charming so don’t be deterred! We loved our stay and hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Everything was fine, lovely place ideal for a relaxing holiday with beautiful scenery. The hosts were nice and so was their lovely cat.

Pietro was a wonderful host with a wonderful apartment right on the canal. Everything was as described and he was flexible with us arriving early, which we appreciated very much! The unit was beautiful The local recommendations were great. He helped arranged a water taxi, checked on us and even reached out about a lost and found item. Will absolutely stay again. Großzügige, helle und moderne Wohnung mit sehr bequeme Betten - auch für größere und/oder schwerere Menschen. Die Dusche ist geradezu luxuriös groß. Die Klimaanlage (befindet sich im Wohnzimmer) funktionierte sehr gut, ebenso wie WIFI/WLAN und der SmartTV. Auf dem großen Balkon mit viel Sonne und Meerblick durften wir nach Absprache grillen (Grill wurde von uns mitgebracht). Die sehr guten Fliegengitter in allen Balkontüren hielten Insekten wirkungsvoll draußen. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Split oder ins umliegende Land, sofern man mobil ist. Fußläufig war hier leider nicht viel im Angebot, zumal der nahe Strand aufgrund einer sehr aktiven Großbaustelle während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar war. Die Gastgeberin haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber der Kontakt mit Kristina war sehr gut: Kristina hat schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit auf Anfragen reagiert.

Mooi appartement voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Vriendelijke ontvangst door Ignasi. Geweldige locatie met groot balcon en uitzicht op de boulevard en de zee. We willen er graag nog een keer komen.

Susanna and Alvaro are wonderful hosts. Extremely good communication and excellent recommendations. The selection of food and drinks was very much appreciated as we arrived in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed and was well located for the train into the city. We also visited Montserrat and Sitges by car - plenty of free parking spaces around the apartment block. We particularly enjoyed the sea view, comfy beds and the hammock on the balcony. Overall a great stay in a beautiful city.

Séjour fantastique dans l'appartement de Sabina. (première fois que nous partions dans un autre pays) L'appartement était propre et tout était prêt lors de notre arrivée, il n'y avait qu'à défaire les bagages. La vue sur la baie et sur la montagne est incroyable. Les couchers de soleil sont juste fantastiques. Malgré notre anglais très approximatif, la communication avec Sabina était fluide et elle fut de très bon conseils pour les activités. Cavtat, à 3 km, est une ville magnifique avec de nombreux endroits conviviaux pour manger ( local cuisine Dalmatino : notre coup de coeur) et de superbes lieux à explorer. Amicale, avec un sens de l'humour, serviable et discrète, etc.. Sabina est une hôte EXCEPTIONNELLE. Je vous recommande le logement sans aucune hésitation.

Jeg, min mand og store teenagesøn boede 5 dage i Valerijas dejlige lejlighed. Den ligger med fantastisk udsigt over en lille havn, et supermarked lige om hjørne og 10 minutters gåtur fra en lille strand. Lejlighedens køkken/stue, værelser med eget toilet og bad er skinnende rene, dejligt indrettet og alt hvad man behøver. Tagterrassen er et kapitel for sig selv - dejlig udsigt, dejlige møbler, skygge når det behøves. Vi tilbragte mange timer deroppe, når vi skulle slappe af. Vi nød at kunne tage ud til Valerijas lejlighed og nyde stilheden, efter en dag blandt mange andre turister i centrum af Dubrovnik, og spiste næsten alle vores aftensmåltider i nabolaget. Valerija er gæstfri, imødekommende og gav gode svar på vores spørgsmål- og hendes dejlige mand Zoran kørte os fra /til lufthavnen, og var ligesom Valerija den perfekte vært. Vi er på ingen måde være i tvivl om, at vi vil bo hos Valerija og Zoran næste gang vi besøger og Dubrovnik, og vil anbefale alle andre at gøre det sammen.

Pierliugi is the BEST host that we have ever encountered in all of our AirBnB experiences! His place is amazing and exactly as described and more! We were extremely comfortable staying there and the view is just breath taking! We spent most of our waking moments at his place sitting on the balcony taking in the beauty surrounding us. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you could need plus more with the convenience of a grocery store and a local restaurant on the ground floor of the property! This worked out so well for us the one night that we were too tired to go anywhere else after a very full day of excursions! Pierliugi was committed to making sure we were comfortable at his property and in Sorrento! He greeted us on arrival and departure! He is way more than just a “host” and is someone we would call a friend! I would highly recommend his place and would certainly go back there whenever back in Sorrento!

Great location, 5minute walk to the beach, the old town, and the lift to the castle. 10minute walk to the centre of the city. Excellent kitchen facilities. Lovely bakery, butcher and fruit and veg shop beside the apartments. Very easy check in and check out process. Sonia was very helpful with local knowledge and booking a taxi, it was much appreciated.

Wir waren zu siebt in Barcelona und alle waren super zufrieden. Es gab eine super freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend angereist sind und sehr früh unser Rückflug ging, war Check-In und Check-Out kein Problem. Wir haben noch einen super Tipp für ein passendes Lokal in der Nähe bekommen, in welchen wir den Geburtstag unseres Sohns sehr schön feiern konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war und Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür halten. Für uns eine klare 10 von 10 👍

Wow! Where do I start?!! This is one of the nicest, cleanest apartments that I’ve ever stayed in. When I walked in after an 11-hour flight from California, it smelled so clean; everything was in place, and the view to the Mediterranean was Amazing! If it weren’t for having to get groceries, I could have stayed in this apartment on the deck the entire time. Vassil was extremely helpful in every way as a host. His instructions were very clear; he suggested some great restaurants and wonderful day trips from Nice. If I had a question for Vassil, he always responded very quickly. I plan to return to Nice before end of the year, and I hope that one of Vassil’s apartments will be available. Vassil is most definitely a 5-star host!🌸

it was a pleasant stay, the appartement is nicely decorated and very well located ! the terrace is beautiful and Mario is very arrangeable. we stayed a month there and we have really enjoyed the place !

Appartement magnifique, fidèle aux photos. Très bien équipé : nous avons fait plusieurs appartements Airbnb et jamais nous n’avons eu de tels équipements (tout pour cuisiner, épicerie, produits de toilette…). L’accès à Barcelone en voiture est très facile : environ 25 minutes pour aller à la Plaza Catalunya. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons tous très bien dormi : literie de qualité, résidence calme. Nous recommandons à 100% ! Un merci tout particulier à Michael et Polina pour s’être adaptés à notre arrivée !

Helga's home was perfect! The location is so beautiful, with every window looking onto an orange grove filled with bird song. The location is so peaceful and quiet. The path to the wall beyond the grove was enchanting and the view of the sea a must see. We walked there each morning to sip our coffee. The home is large, and kept in perfect condition. Helga was very helpful in making sure we got in and are happy. Her assistant Rosa was lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay again, and didn't want to leave. The bed in the bedroom is firm, and on the cooler days the floor can be cold so bring some warm socks. The home is equipped with heat that works really well, and I imagine it stays nice in the summer with the many windows and the breeze. If you are headed to Sorrento, stay here!

Wir hatten einen tollen 2- wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Susie. Die Wohnung liegt zentral zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt und ein tolles Café. Direkt zur Anlage gehört ein Pool, der sogar mit Bademeister bewacht wird. Geöffnet ist er von 12-20 Uhr. Man sollte aber Strandstühle mitbringen, oder man legt sich auf die Wiese. Liegen sind nicht vorhanden. Leider sind im Pool Bälle oder ähnliches verboten. Daher haben wir das naheliegende Meer bevorzugt. Wenn man sich am Fischerhafen links hält, kommt ein breiter Sandstrand. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wohl gefüllt. Gestört hat uns etwas, dass die Stühle und das Sofa schon sehr abgenutzt waren. Im Elternschlafzimmer konnte man den Aufzug sehr gut hören, der auch schon mal bis 2 -3 Uhr Nachts in Betrieb war. Trotzdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

The host is kind and helpful she is very nice person, everything was great the view and the place and the pictures match the reality, but too much spiders and insects outside in the garden and little spiders inside the home. The road was hard to reach the destinantion.

Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist, das sie einem wirklich den Eindruck vermittelt zu Hause zu sein, vermutlich weil es auch ein zweites Zuhause des Besitzers ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde sogar an Geschirr und Besteck für unser Kind gedacht. Es war alles da was man braucht und war blitzsauber. Danke!
