We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

Find peace and restoration in this beautiful barn loft at Perkins' Good Earth Farm. The loft has a bedroom, separate shower and toilet spaces, work area, sitting room, kitchen space, and heating/cooling fresh air system. Located above our farm store, the loft provides privacy for you while giving you access to fresh fruits & veggies, locally sourced meats, homemade soups & salads from our farm kitchen, and so much more. You can also walk our farm trails, visit the veggies, or enjoy a campfire.

Our space is in a small but fantastic town, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Rensselaer's unique art scene is renowned; check out over two dozen murals that grace our revitalized downtown. Play disc golf at Brookside Park-we have discs for guests' use! Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. The Little House at Tryon Farm

The little house is located within a 170-acre modern farm community filled with open meadows, woods and dunes. Minutes to beach, 1 hour to Chicago. Relax and enjoy the property or head out to explore the lakeshore, wineries, and great area restaurants! Two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fully appointed kitchen, living area w/fireplace, and a large screened in porch. Large windows flood the house with natural light and will make you feel like you're living in the treetops. A perfect getaway!

Private Entrance Guest Suite on the River

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV.
