It was everything as advertised! Tony was very accommodating, even allowing us to move our reservation around. Tony even called rather than just sending a text message to let me know the power company was replacing a pole so the power would be out for a couple of hours. Sitting on the porch out in the country was very relaxing. Loved the goats and goat treats that were left on the counter to feed them. The living space was very comfy and inviting. It felt like home away from home. Tony was very responsive to text messages too. Looking forward to returning here next year!

I felt right at home as soon as I walked in!!! The space!!! The cleanliness!!!! The freshness!!! The personalized welcome sign!!!! I was able to relax and before and after the event!!! DEFINETLY would recommend!!

This sweet get-away was just what I needed. I was traveling through Paducah at the tail end of a month-long journey, and felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. The room is rather small, but as it's a place to just rest and unwind, it was lovely. Quaint neighborhood; easy to find. And bonus, it's just a few blocks from the National Quilt Museum. Angela arranged for me to check in a bit earlier than normal to accommodate me, and checked with me after check out. I was very satisfied with her attentiveness and kindness. Pet friendly!

We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for Quilt Week and even though the location was 25 minutes from downtown, it was an easy commute with very little traffic. This is a comfortable and beautifully decorated house on private property. Tranquil setting. Amenities are exactly as listed in the description and pictures portray the property perfectly. Dana and her husband were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'd happily stay here again.

Bird nest was the BEST decision to make to stay in Paducah! Hosts were super friendly and very helpful! They were accommodating, very communicative and problem solvers! If I had any question, they were responsive and would give instructions on how to move forward with said question/trouble! I 10000% recommend staying here! For me it only took 5 minutes to get to downtown and 10 minutes to get to the mall! For anyone that’s looking for a weekend get away or even a week to explore, PLEASE check this location out! We have stayed in 4 other BNB's in Paducah. this is the best we have stayed in. Sarah was quick to answer questions and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable! We will definitely book this for future stays! Bob & Ron Nathan & Annalee

Our stay was fabulous! The house is lovely, and the location is great for anything you want to do in Paducah. The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the basics. Our host was more than perfect - she takes very good care of her guests. She immediately responded to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a great time in Paducah!

The historic location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed exploring the area and discovering the history of the many building sites now restored and housing restaurants, retail stores, condos and theatres. The Flood Wall Murals added beauty to the area. Our host, David, responded quickly with instructions to find and enter the condo on the second floor above a business on Market House Square. You do have to climb 25 steps, but doable. The entry doors were secure and safety apparent. The condo was exactly like the photos. It was very clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. The hot water was plentiful. Snacks, water and coffee pods were welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient dishes and utensils but we ended up not cooking. We enjoyed pastries from Kirchhoff’s Bakery, dinner at Mi Lindo Mexican Grill and Stella’s where the service and food were outstanding.

Great Place! Very easy check in process. Very responsive host. If I work in the area again I will be back!

This was the most comfortable airbnb I've stayed at in awhile. Homey, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking around Paducah's charming historic downtown.

This was a very comfortable place and super clean. Susan had a great stock of food and coffee. Loved the peaceful surroundings. When we go back to the area we will definitely stay here. This is one of the best houses we have stayed in.

We would definitely go back. The architecture downtown Paducah was so interesting. Cynthia’s restaurant is definitely a place to go if you love good food. Jenni checked on us to make sure we made it in the apartment ok but was not an overwhelming presence on our quiet explorative anniversary weekend. The apartment was so clean and I loved the big bathtub!

I loved it here! It was clean and comfortable, and a great location in the downtown area. Lots of restaurants/shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Allyson and Pat were both very pleasant and quick to respond if anything came up. I would definitely recommend staying here. :)

Great location and beautiful place to stay. We loved the numerous apps on the television and the super close proximity to downtown. The owners had a beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment . Beautiful outdoor area as well to enjoy nature or your favorite show.

Great place to stay for the north end of Kentucky Lake and Moors Resort area. Place was great and easy to get to, clean, set up well, kitchen has everything you need, perfect for a couple people to stay for some lake time. Parking lot is a little tight but still room for a couple trucks and trailers if you’re fishing/boating. Dock to use is good, covered, has bumpers and tie offs, and power. Area safe and felt good about leaving boat overnight in the slip and in parking lot.

Great place, very clean. Right in downtown, convenient to everything. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay! Very nice condo in a great location. Paducah is our favorite little town for a weekend getaway and we will definitely stay here again!

The place was amazing for Us and provided all the means to relax and enjoy the Airbnb and surroundings. The decor alone was enough to make us feel right at home. It has a Modern Electronic Jazz vibe which is nice for us. Highly recommended for couples, music and photography enthusiasts, and sightseers.

Exactly as shown! Extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed one night with a dinner reservation at Patti’s and it was perfect! We plan to do this trip again next year.
