My family stayed at this house last year and we loved it! This year was just as amazing as last. Tara is very helpful and very responsive to any messages. It is definitely a place we look forward to staying again.

I'm staying here in July for my wedding. We wanted to come try it out, & I'm beyond impressed. Looks even better in person. The aesthetic is so cute! This is such a cute & unique country getaway! Right by Lake Mac too!

We enjoyed our weekend here! Unfortunately water levels were low so it wasn’t actually walkable to the beach and required more driving than expected, but the restaurant nearby was enjoyable and the pictures gave a fair representation - not luxurious but a completely decent place to stay! Our main feedback is just that the price point felt a bit too high for what it is.

Words cannot describe what a refreshing hidden gem Amanda and The Beach Bum Ranch truly is. My family met my brother and his family to celebrate Christmas- no gifts, just each other. The house is beautiful, newly renovated, spotless, and had more than anything we could possibly need. Amanda created a space that felt like home, she was the most hospitable and generous host we’ve ever had, and her attention to detail was more than 5 star worthy. You can tell she has a heart loving others and has set up her home as if we were her family too. Not to mention the lake views and Big Mac sunrises and sunsets were in full show-off mode. Day one, we were already planning on our next stay. If you want to feel midwestern hospitality with elegance, this is your place to stay. Memories were made and forever imprinted on our hearts. This is a beautiful and clean space with wonderful views of the lake. It was a great size for our large family get together. We even enjoyed the flock of turkey roaming the area.

Awesome place and had the instructions hanging up so it was easy to keep track of what we needed to do big back yard with a lot to do

Katie’s place was perfect for our one night stay as we headed to Colorado. The backyard was perfect for our dogs, and there was plenty of space for everybody.

It was so nice to have a home away from home for us to stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more cozy and welcoming place to stay while away!

This was a great place for us to park a couple of boats and have lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. We were in town for a fishing tournament and this fit our needs perfectly. We were happy to get this location and amenities at this price point. We will definitely look for availability with this host in the future. Thanks!
