A wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Palermo. Loris was kind, helpful and flexible, allowing for an early check-in. The apartment was spotless with particularly comfortable beds and bedding, and it contains everything you'd need for a stay, whether cooking at home or not. It is in a fantastic district, close to many bars that are buzzing at night, but on a quiet street away from the hubbub. There is a lovely coffee shop next door, a supermarket five minutes' walk away and it is only 5 minutes to the harbour, or 10 minutes into the city centre. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 2.5 weeks at this flat, working during the week. It was an excellent space, really nicely designed and with all I needed for the duration. It’s really well located - right in the centre of the city, so walkable from great bars, restaurants and the energy of Palermo. Palermo is quite loud at night, and the double glazing on the windows is pretty good - but if you have trouble sleeping the centre of Palermo probably isn’t for you. The balcony is lovely and gets the sun most of the day - perfect for morning coffee. Everything worked and Gabriele was responsive and flexible, and helped whenever I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Die Zeit bei Stefania war wunderbar. In Mondello hat uns alles erwartet, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten baden, sehr gut essen und auch wandern und Sightseeing war möglich. Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert und sehr regelmäßig zu erreichen. Nach gut drei Stunden Fahrt waren wir am Etna. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und die Aussicht morgens vom Balkon beim Kaffee trinken auf das Meer war einfach ein Traum.Der Strand direkt vor der Haustür ist ganz toll und wenig besucht.Wir kommen gerne wieder

ci siamo trovati molto bene nel alloggio, zona vicina a ristoranti, bar e al centro, quindi non abbiamo dovuto usare molto la macchina, cucina presente attrezzata con il necessario, serramenti buoni, l'unica cosa è un tremolio di qualche mobile o porta, quando le macchine a passano fianco al alloggio, che può un po disturbare, ma nulla di che, per il resto è molto bello come alloggio

Alessandro’s place was comfortable for us. The location is excellent but be aware that his street is under construction so you cannot drive up to the building, if you arrive by car. Hopefully this will finish up soon. It was very quiet at night.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The location of this house is perfect the parking just outside the door everything in walking distance and the Host very polite and helpful. We had a great time!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Rosanna's Strandhaus. Rosanna hat und herzlich begrüßt und wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Sie gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Das Meer vor der Haustür ist wunderschön und sehr gut für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Unkomplizierte , liebenswerte, fürsorgliche, tolle Gastgeber, wir haben uns fast wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt - Gabriele, Ettore und Ettores Mutter, die gute Seele des Hauses, hat uns mehrmals mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten versorgt und wenn das Wasser dem Ende entgegen ging, stand schon ein neuer 6-pack vor der Tür, gleiches gilt für die Bettwäsche - die Gastgeberfamilie ist ein gut eingespieltes Team, die im Hintergrund alles dafür tun, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Danke!! Die Terrasse ist unglaublich schön, ich glaube es gibt nichts Vergleichbares in dieser Nähe zu Palermo, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das azurblaue Meer ist direkt unter der Wohnung , wir konnten uns gut erholen und möchten wiederkommen, die Gastfreundschaft empfanden wir neben diesem Juwel an Wohnung ganz besonders!

Die Wohnung von Erasmo ist sehr modern und ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie hat wunderschöne Möbel: bequemes Sofa und Betten, großer Esstisch, Kommoden etc. Die Küche ist zwar relativ klein aber auch sehr schön und mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank sehr gut nutzbar! Es gibt 3 Balkone, super um Wäsche zu trocknen, zum Essen allerdings fast zu klein. Für einen Kaffee am Morgen bei tollem Blick auf Meer und Berge aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil Erasmo sehr nett in der Kommunikation war!

Wij hebben de verjaardag van mijn man en de feestdagen in de comfortabele villa van Fulvio doorgebracht en er een heerlijke periode genoten. Het huis was heel schoon en ruim en de benoemde voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Er is een restaurant (Graffiti) op loopafstand van het huis, maar voor de overige voorzieningen, zoals een supermarkt en dergelijke, zou ik toch een huurauto adviseren. Een aanrader is Mondello beach, zelfs in de winterperiode is het er goed vertoeven. Palermo stad ligt op zo'n 20 autominuten vanaf de villa en het vliegveld op ongeveer 25 minuten met de auto. Er zijn diverse (historische) bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving, dus je hoeft je er niet te vervelen. Fulvio zelf is erg behulpzaam en reageerde heel vlot wanneer we een vraag hadden. Wij zouden deze plek en host absoluut aanraden.

This was great strategic location for us, We visited Erice, Palermo, Trapani and few other places and everyone were 30 min to 1 hour drive. Sylvia was very nice host. She met us, explain everything , recommended local store and restaurants. Last night there was a storm and knock an electricity out, she help us over the phone, my point is she stayed on the top of even that situation. We are very satisfied and would really recommend this place and this host.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Salvatore. La vue sur la mer était magnifique surtout le matin. Salvatore est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. On recommande !

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge auf Sizilien. Die gute Zuganbindung nach Palermo und zum Flughafen sind ein absolutes Plus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung und der Ausblick vom Dach aufs Meer ist einfach toll.

Notre séjour chez Violetta s'est bien passé. Nous ne sommes restées qu'une nuit. Nous n'avons pas pu la voir mais tout a été bien indiqué pour une arrivée autonome. La nuit a été un peu bruyante (télé très forte du voisin de dessus). Enfin nous avons aussi eu quelques craintes par rapport à la voiture et l'emplacement des places gratuites en face de l'immeuble. Violetta nous a bien rassurées. L'emplacement est top par rapport aux visites dans Palerme.

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

Honestly I have stayed in many places across Europe and North America and Giovanni was the best host I have had. He was super helpful from a local guide, parking, and even came in a fixed our AC at 10:00 pm at night. He truly cared about our comfort and was always very fast to respond. The apartment itself was beautiful and location was amazing. You’re right in the heart of old town but still peaceful even with the busy street below. If anyone comes to Trapani I highly recommend to stay in the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to (a family with 2 boys 10 & 13) be very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with just a short walk to beautiful and affordable bars and restaurants. Panificio Bakery below the apartment was the real Cherry on top when it came to having beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast on the spacious balcony. For those interested in the Culture & History of the Island Enrico provided perfect information of how to get there etc and was always very responsive if we needed a little help via text message. Mondello is an excellent base for a holiday to Sicily with good transport links everywhere. Finding free local parking close to the apartment for our hire car was easy. We give Enrico & his apartment 10/10 for everything and would definitely use it again. Thank you, Enrico, for everything.

Zwischen azurblauem Wasser und goldenen Sonnenuntergängen liegt sie: Top Lage - am Hafen von Palermo. Workation war erfolgreich. Internet top. Supermarkt in der Ecke. Food nicht so Tourist- Food. Super authentisch.

La casa de Nicola es realmente bonita, muy luminosa y con techos altos abovedados que la confieren una elegancia inusitada. Está completamente amueblada y equipada con absolutamente todo lo necesario, para vivir en ella. Es una vivienda muy cómoda y te sientes como en casa. La zona en la que se encuentra está rodeada de todos los servicios y muy próxima a una gran avenida comercial. Nicola es un excelente anfitrión cercano y solicito ,que te recibe con toda la información necesaria ,para pasar unos excelentes días en Trapani. Esta vivienda muy recomendable sin duda alguna y su anfitrión es un 10 !

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apartment verbracht. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung aber dies war kein Problem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand, Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants -alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hinterhof mit Orangen und Zitronenbäumen ist ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft genossen. Wenn wir etwas „bemängeln“ würden dann, dass es etwas wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten gibt und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (für uns) etwas zu hart war. Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Walters Unterkunft. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt – die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Walter war ein außergewöhnlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat stets schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen reagiert, uns mit großartigen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt und war jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend. Seine herzliche Art hat unseren Urlaub bereichert und wir haben die Zeit wirklich in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Walter!
