Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

The condo was as described in the posting. It was clean, comfortable, fun, and had beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing walk to lighthouse beach each morning. Paul was very responsive and friendly. We’d recommend staying here, and we hope to be back! Thank you!

Perfect for a family with little ones. They loved the bunk beds and going to ocean edge using the amenities that were given. Will continue to look at chris's spot when coming back to the cape.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

It was the perfect spot and just what we were looking for during our stay.

Great place to stay. Walkable to everything but private enough as you’re off commercial street. Place has plenty of room and the backyard and laundry are great additions. Would definitely stay again.

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

The property "Summer Catch" is amazing it felt like home from home. My wife & I have never stayed anywhere as well appointed with so many personal touches which made our stay feel very special. On arrival access was so easy, we were greeted with fresh sun flowers, fresh fruit & some shopping Maria had arranged for as we were arriving at 11pm. The decor / furnishings are so wonderfully appropriate for the location which is close to the beach & the wonderful town of Chatham. Key points for us the Beds & Sofa's are extremely comfortable. Regarding Location, It so so well situated for a leisuraly walk into town which has excellent shops and restaurants (DelMar was our favourite) & the local supermarket & chemist only a 2 minute walk. When you sit out on the veranda you feel a sense of calmness as you are surrounded by lovely trees and gardens. This is the type of place you really want to keep a secret. Thank you Marie for making our stay so amazing, your kindness & generosity.

Jack was fantastic. Not only was the place gorgeous and comfortable, a snowstorm hit while we were there and he helped us navigate that and offered what he could do to help us out. Wonderful location, amazing views, and comfy home. 10/10

The cottage is absolutely delightful -- a perfect respite that is also walkable to Commercial Street, the hub of activity in P-town. Everything was just perfect including Dominic's incredibly hospitable check-in procedures. This is a gem in P-town and I can't recommend it highly enough.

We come to Ptown as often as we can for Family Week, and this is our first time staying somewhere different than our “usual.” First, the condo is freshly renovated, so everything is nice and new. The bathrooms are nicely done, beds are comfortable, and the place is very quiet (a plus if you tire of the Commercial St noise at night). Easily walkable to all the usual Ptown spots, and parking is a plus!

Our family had a wonderful time at Villa Balena. The unit was comfortable and very clean. The management was very friendly and prompt with the responses. The facility was well maintained and some appliances looked brand new. The location was very peaceful and the view outside was amazing. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday and we were impressed that they had prepared the tools for preparing a turkey meal! We are looking forward to our next visit.

This rental is absolutely stunning! We had such a wonderful time!! Coffee shop right under us was a special treat! Walking distance to everything - little walking path to get you to the beach and get very clean! Large space, clean, and comfortable! One heads up- clean sheets and towels are in laundry bags when you get there make your own bed and put out towels!

Walkable to all local shops. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.

Our stay was great. Listing was as described. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. We had trouble getting the A/C units to work but may have just been us; we made do. Appreciated the free coffee amenities as well as bottle gifted to us by the host upon arrival. Right across the road from the water and a peaceful neighborhood. Overall a very nice stay.

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

The place is beautiful and the location can’t be beat- short walk to all the spots in Chatham! Super clean and Drew was very responsive. I definitely recommend and hopefully will come back sometime soon!

Great stay at this lovely condo in Mashpee. Very spacious and airy and plenty of space for a family of four. It is in a lovely community which is very quiet. It is remote and you really do need a car even to get the restaurants on site. Karen was very helpful and very responsive. Would recommend.
