Our stay at Ruth’s cottage was perfect. She was always responsive and friendly, and went above and beyond communicating with us when a severe storm came through in the middle of the night. Her place was a perfect location while visiting family in Columbia, while also being a quiet respite for me, my children, & my mother at the end of the day. Our 3 & 1 year old loved looking for the cows and seeing where they were at different times of day. There are plenty of family games and puzzles to do on a rainy day inside, and the screened in porch is a lovely place to spend the evening. Highly recommend Ruth and her cottage!

The home was in a great spot, close enough to Nashville and other local attractions that my family and I had plenty of options everyday for different restaurants, attractions, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was so peaceful. Only wish I could have spent more time to enjoy the rocking chair on front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee, but we were in town for my son roping events, so it was rushing in morning and late in evening. I would definitely love to stay again just for a long weekend getaway with no rodeo or plans but to enjoy the serenity and peaceful homestead

A wonderful find for sure. Comfortable and clean, off the main roads, but with a grocery store very nearby. One can’t go wrong staying here.

The house was located in a very peaceful area of Franklin. The property itself was set on a large lot with a long gravel driveway. Inside, the house was nicely decorated, the home met the needs of our family perfectly, and the home felt spacious and welcoming. We were in Franklin for a busy family wedding weekend, and it was so nice to come back each evening to a quiet, peaceful home. We would most definitely stay here again!

Derek and Tara's apartment was perfect for our visit to Spring Hill to see a friend. It was close to groceries and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Yet removed from most of the hustle and bustle. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bath were stocked with everything thing you need to have a comfortable stay. It is close to a busy road so there is some noise. We enjoyed out stay and recommend it.

Place was great the people who own it are great definitely will be staying there next time I come into town very cozy and comfortable thank you once again for opening your home for me

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay on Lauren’s mini farm! Loved seeing the chickens and other animals. The farm fresh eggs were amazing! The location was perfect-remote, yet minutes away from everything. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.

It’s a really cute eclectic cottage style apartment. If we are ever in the area again we would rent again.

The Farm is absolutely amazing! Tina and her family were very hospitable and welcoming. We loved spending time with the animals and waking up everyday to gorgeous views. The location is perfect to all things that you want to see. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be back to visit again.

Edy and her husband were wonderful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were perfect for our long weekend get-a-way. Close to restaurants, hiking, parks and distilleries. We especially enjoyed sitting on their beautiful back patio with a glass of wine and a book. Edy and her husband are one of the most hospitable hosts we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect location. Clean, warm and cozy. Spent almost a week here for work and Mule Day. Walked downtown and an easy ride to and from Nashville.

Very nice stay, especially for the price. We didn’t realize that it had two separate bedrooms, so that was a pleasant surprise. Very very quiet, near nice places and a cute town!

The Carraige was quaint and we felt right at home and not at all like we were potentially sharing the triplex with others. Accessing the property and getting inside was easy and explained in detail hours before we arrived. The space was clean and set up and decorated so wonderdully. it was very close to all the things we wanted to do around the Columbia Square. we could have walked it on a lovely trail crossing the river in about 20 minutes but opted to drive and arrived and parked at our dining and shopping destinations in about 5. We would highly recommend this stay and look forward to adding it to our stops I'm the future.
