Hubs and I have been wanting to take the kids skiing for years. But as they would be first timers we desired a casual, fun, low stress experience. Having lived in Oregon I immediately thought of Mount Hood. We lucked out that Violet’s place was available as our family prefers having more space and the ability to cook (in part because of food allergies and picky eaters). When we walked in we were BLOWN AWAY but how resorty the apartment looked and felt. I mean - heated bathroom floors, all the amenities, and soft amazing beds. Beautiful view from the balcony. Even a little hidden nook bed that my 10 yr old just adored. It really was perfect for us. We skied at Meadows and skibowl (go to Meadows - it’s worth the drive) but love the tubing experience at skibowl. The heated pool was so fun - every time my daughter got too hot - she’d hop out and make a snow angel then hop back in. I would not hesitate to book here time and time again.

What a great place! Kristen was thoughtful and responsive about check in and we had a great weekend. We were near trails to hike on, wineries to visit, and spectacular sunrises. Would definitely return! Thank you.

Amazing location! Having the dock was awesome. We rented a pontoon and were able to drive it right up to the dock to load things up. The 4th bedroom was through another room and pretty tiny with bunk beds which had very uncomfortable hard mattresses. Probably fine for kids but not great for an adult. Besides that my only complaint would be to put screens on the windows so bugs wouldn't come in if opened. Possibly add a floating island or butcher block to the kitchen as there's very little counter space to prep food but definitely not a deal breaker. Overall it was very clean and I would definitely come back!

Very clean, easy to find, felt like home! Perfect example of why I love AirBnBs. It’s not a hotel, it’s homely, helps ease any discomfort of travel!

Overall great stay and great host. Unfortunately we had an injury on the mountain and they were able to work with us and understand circumstances instead of an, “oh well, sucks for you guys” situation. Good people and a beautiful home.

This is the closest you will come to ski-in, ski-out on Mt. Hood; very convenient short walk to the tubing hill and Ski Bowl. I appreciated that the condo was so well stocked with household items that you may have forgotten to bring; foil, plastic wrap, spices, cleaning supplies. Truly, it was the best stocked condo I've ever rented. They also had a wonderful supply of children's toys, sleds, games and even a play area for little ones. We had a great time and many thanks for all the thoughtful and considerate amenities.

We loved it!! Easy for 2 families to enjoy, loved having toys there for my 3 kids and the beauty of the place was amazing! The host was easy to connect with. Some light maintenance needed to be done but it didn’t affect our stay at all! We loved the house!

Terri’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults. Great kitchen, great view, great rooms for three couples. We were in the area for a wedding and it was perfect to come ‘home’ to a quiet, relaxing place of our own. Highly recommended.
