Simple and clean space that was in a great location to quickly access all that Greenville has to offer. Quiet neighborhood with the Swamp Rabbit Trail across the street from the front porch. Nothing fancy but everything we needed for a great stay in Greenville!

David’s place was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed for everything we needed during our stay. The location was very close to Furman and convenient to getting into Greenville.

Arriving via rental car there was plenty of parking available and usually right near the door which I appreciated. Beds were very comfortable and Matthew had plenty of suggestions for how to make the space match our needs.

Walk in to this rental and you have everything you need and more! Lin, Russell and their two dogs were very friendly, nice and welcoming. The surroundings inside and out are beautiful and relaxing. My two dogs enjoyed the large fenced in backyard, seeing the chickens as well as the horses across the street too. All around, this place was a perfect rental for me and close to watch my niece play softball at North Greenville University, which was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely rent again!

We drove up from Louisiana for a friend’s wedding in SC and stayed here! Perfect for just the 2 of us, just minutes from good food, the Greenville Zoo and the mall! It was a 12 hour drive for us so it was nice to get to the house and have no issues or complications!

Mauricio’s place was very nice and exactly how it was described. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was about 10 minutes from the downtown area and super quick and easy to get an uber ride to and from. The neighborhood was actually very pleasant and peaceful. We didn’t actually see any of the neighbors while we were there. It is an end unit which makes it even more peaceful and pleasant. Thank you for the stay, Mauricio!

We loved it! It was clean, cozy, comfortable and had all the conveniences (and then some) of home. Would definitely stay here again and also recommend to friends and family in the area.

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery, this is the place. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and eat meals, and the furniture was also comfortable after a long day of "vacationing". I would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This house was the perfect place for a weekend stay! It was clean and cozy with everything we needed. The location is great, and everything is about 10-15 minutes away.

This was an excellent stay at Grandmas Cozy Cottage!! Felt at home. Had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Very clean house. Steven was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. There were children’s books and games. Very nice for our children. Also a back porch with a table and chairs we ate breakfast out there. Dollar General very close (half mile) and a Food Lion (grocery store) about 4 miles away. Our favorite park Tyger River Park about 15-20 minutes away. We had a fantastic experience. Had a wedding on Palm Sunday and then stayed till Easter Sunday with my parents. Thank you Steven!

We had our grandchildren stay with us. Plenty of room with privacy for us and the teens when we needed it. Large property with that wonderful willow oak in the spacious backyard. Definitely will book with Willow Oak Retreat again when we return to see our family.

Morgan’s home was as described in the listing. Peaceful, clean, and recently renovated. We had a full house and always had hot water for showers. Easy 20 minute drive to downtown activities and restaurants. 10 minute drive to grocery stores. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay! It was nice to be able to feel right at home, especially after a long drive from Florida. Sven loved the pet friendly openess of the home and being able to roam around out back in a fenced in area.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location for Furman, Greenville sites and activities. Convenient to grocery, restaurants and needed things. Home has been completely renovated and was so nice.

This loft was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. My husband and I wanted a location in downtown Greenville that was walking distance to all the great attractions, shops and restaurants and that’s exactly what we got! April is a great time of year to visit so you can enjoy the weather for all the walkable spots. We didn’t get in our car again until it was time to leave! The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and timely on responses! I have already recommended this stay to a few friends and family. We look forward to visiting again someday.

This is a great place to stay in town! Park your car in the adjacent parking garage and walk to probably hundreds of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Property was exactly as described. Very clean with nice amenities. Navina is very responsive when communication is needed and helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go in town. The building is very safe as you must use a key fob to access the building door and elevator.

This was my second time booking with David and, once again, the place did not disappoint. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only heard a train once in the early hours of the morning but we happened to be awake, so it wasn't a bother.

Very clear instructions when first arriving, the pictures definitely match the actual house and the place is very clean and uncluttered. Very simple and welcoming! Would definitely visit again

Exceptional stay in Greenville. Couldn't ask for a better location, easy to park, host extremely responsive, instructions were easy to follow, very comfortable, place itself was very well appointed and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

The condo was wonderful. Only 7 condos in the building. Very quiet. Sheets very soft and beds very comfortable. The best and most important part is the parking. You have an assigned parking place inside a gated parking "lot". You enter a code to enter and exit. The condo is walkable to all restaurants and activities! Would love to stay here again the next time I visit Greenville.

Very helpful and responsive. Made sure I made it safe and even volunteered her husband to come help me with the hot tub if needed.
