Exactly as described, peaceful surroundings, everything we were looking for. Perfect location for unplugging from daily life, and enjoying time with family. Pictures did not do it justice. Definitely recommend to anyone looking or some family time in a peaceful private environment.

We love Sargent and this home was perfect for our family! The views were wonderful - the beautiful ocean in the front and the inter coastal waterway in the back, making it such a great location! We enjoyed watching the barges on the waterway & the birds. This home was light, airy, well decorated, & clean. The amenities were great! The owners have so many thoughtful things available for use. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity!

LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! This house was BY FAR the best place we have ever stayed at in an Airbnb!! The pictures do not do it justice! Jennifer are Charles made sure we were very well taken care of. The house was spotless and the accommodations were perfect! We came here to work in a town close by - but in the evenings ... we were in HEAVEN!!! We have decided to have a family vacation here in the spring.

Excellent stay! Owner was very thoughtful when supplying everything one may need for a vacation. The location is perfect, very quiet. Nice view! Very clean and spacious. My Boys enjoyed kayaking! Owner also supplied lots of family games! There was a review that mentioned poor ac. This must have been upgraded since because the ac blew cool, as well as fans were provided for extra. I give this home a 10 out of 10!

Loved this stay! Booked this stay with our friends/their family and it was the perfect space for two families, with two littles & 3 teens - my baby’s portable crib & toddler’s twin size air mattress fit perfect in master closet, no vents in there but we faced a fan we brought in there to make sure they kept cool! The loft area is HUGE, perfect for teens! Will 1000% try to book this stay place again!

Great setup with adjoining spaces for 2 families to vacation together. Host is helpful and very quick to respond to all questions. We enjoyed spending time relaxing and watching the endless fireworks over the 4th weekend!

This place was absolutely REMARKABLE! The family and I as well as our fur babies had the most spectacular time; of course with the help of Ms. Kim! Ms. Kim answered all of my questions, VERY friendly, and just all around a great person. Cannot wait to visit again! 10/10!!

Great space. The cabin is much more spacious than it looks on the app. Very thoughtful host. As with fishing nothing is guaranteed but we managed to catch 9 black drum. 3 keeper sized and 6 were 37-40 inches long.
