The house is located in a quiet and peaceful place, 3.3 km from the border with Warsaw. 7 minutes from the house there is a beautiful park for walking and relaxing with playgrounds. A large yard with the opportunity to park a car, jump on a trampoline, sit at a large table after cooking a delicious barbecue or light a fire and sit on the stumps around it. Miroslav greeted us warmly and showed us everything we were interested in. The house is 120 years old and renovated in an antique style. At the same time, you feel comfortable in it and there is a warm atmosphere. The hostess left a delicious pie baked by her on the table, there was also mineral water. It was cool outside this week, but the heating was working in the house and it was comfortable. I recommend this house for a family vacation and we will definitely come back there again. Przyjechaliśmy na weekend i żałowaliśmy, że nie możemy zostać dłużej. Domek urządzony bardzo przytulnie, łazienki nowoczesne i przestronne, cześć dzienna (kuchnia, jadalnia, salon) bardzo duża, świetnie wyposażona. Okolica spokojna, w pobliżu piękne jezioro i lasy, nieco dalej sporo atrakcji do odwiedzenia, między innymi pole bitwy pod Grunwaldem. Na pewno nie był to nasz ostatni pobyt w tym miejscu. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja niedaleko trasy S7 Warszawa - Trójmiasto. na tyle daleko że trasy nie słuchać, a jednocześnie na tyle blisko żeby dojazd nie był problematyczny. Polecam pobyt w Jadamowie wszystkim którzy szukają komfortowych warunków, ciszy, spokoju i pięknej natury dookoła. Wlascicielka jest bardzo miłą i pomocną osobą, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani jak mało kiedy.

Przede wszystkim gospodyni na 5 z plusem, niezwykle komunikatywna, miła, serdeczna i czuliśmy się jak u rodziny. Domek jest uroczy, świetnie wyposażony, z przyjemnością korzystaliśmy z wyposażenia domu, łącznie ze zmywarką. Kominek zimą działa bardzo sprawnie zapewniając ciepło i komfort. Pościel czysta, domek wysprzątany z bardzo ciekawym wnętrzem i malownicza okolica.

To był wspaniały wypoczynek! Dom znajduje się w lesie, w pobliżu jeziora – idealne miejsce na relaks i spacery. Bogusław to wspaniały gospodarz! Pomógł nam wynająć saunę i przygotował wszystko na nasz rodzinny pobyt. Zawsze szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości i wcześniej przesłał szczegółowe instrukcje dojazdu. Z całego serca polecam zarówno gospodarza, jak i ten dom!

Das Haus und der Garten sind eine wunderbare Oase mit viel Charme. Przemysław war sehr gut zu erreichen, hat auf Sonderanfrage sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend reagiert. Alles lief perfekt, von der Kontaktaufnahme, über den sympathischen Check in bis zum tollen Aufenthalt. Wie schön, dass es diese Adresse in Warschau gibt!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Ons verblijf in dit appartement was fantastisch! De locatie is perfect – centraal gelegen en dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt, zoals restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer. Het appartement zelf is modern, netjes en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles was brandschoon bij aankomst, wat direct een fijne indruk gaf. De inrichting is smaakvol en comfortabel, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host vlot en vriendelijk. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die een zorgeloos en prettig verblijf zoekt!

The apartment was perfect well located easy to reach the old town by walking or tram and close to the train station as well!! Apartment had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen and the balcony was lovely to eat at if the weather is nice!! Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment as a base to explore Warsaw!! Would definitely stay again!!

Super jakość do ceny. Mieszkanie bardzo duże, byliśmy w 5 osób i było nadal sporo miejsca. Każdy miał czyste, duże ręczniki. W mieszkaniu zaskoczyła nas bardzo duża ilość przedmiotów dla mały dzieci, co rzadko się zdarza w takich miejscach (wanienka dla dzieci, krzesełko do jedzenia, pluszak, nakładka na toaletę). W kuchni dużo naczyń i przyrządów kuchennych. Lokalizacja bardzo na plus ( 2 minuty do przystanku tramwajowego; 9 minut do Pałacu Kultury i Nauki), cicho i spokojnie. Minimalnym minusem chyba był tylko brak suszarki oraz brak oleju do smażenia, a tak to wszystko było dobrze. Komunikacja z właścicielem również bardzo sprawna i szybka. Przed zameldowaniem dostaliśmy dokładny filmik jak trafić do klatki.

This place and Aleksandra were amazing. Meeting her to get the keys was nice; she is very kind and a joy to talk to. Waking up and hearing the kids playing below in the field was the best way to start the day in a good mood. It's on the best side of the building, away from traffic, so you couldn't hear the busy roads. Staying here was very comforting for it being my first time away from the U.S. i hope im back in Warsaw and this is the first place im rebooking!!

Чудовий господар, який швидко відповідав на повідомлення та допомогав з усіма питаннями. Квартира чиста, затишна, в ній є все необхідне для довгого проживання, а також знаходиться в дуже хорошому районі. Єдине що не дуже сподобалось - це звукоізоляція, але за 2 місяці проживання це не викликало надто великих проблем. Дуже рекомендую цю квартиру для проживання як на короткий термін, так і на тривалий!

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It was quiet and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Great location with lots of cafes, shops, and a tram stop nearby for easy city access. The only small issue was the old staircase — beautiful but a bit tricky with luggage. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Clear check-in instructions too!

The apartment was well located, it was big, spacious and comfortable to be in. Specially the living room was very good. The only bad thing was that the dishes were dirty on the dishwasher when we arrived. But everything else was perfect and would recommend staying here.

Bardzo otwarci, przyjaźni i pomocni gospodarze. Rzadko kiedy ktoś wykazuje taką chęć rozmowy jak gospodarze tutaj. Mieszkanie wygląda identycznie jak na zdjęciu, może jedynie sprawia wrażenie nieco większego. Wyposażona kuchnia, dostępna pralka, suszarka. Wygodne łóżko. Telewizor z bogatą ofertą kanałów. Jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy wyjazd.

Konrad's apartment is very centrally located and conveniently placed next to central tram lines. The apartment itself was probably the cleanest airbnb I've ever been to, and with high speed wifi and Konrad being extremely attentive and quick to respond, I can definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm in Warsaw again.

Piotr's place is a convenient small apartment in a central Warsaw neighbourhood not far away from the city's main attractions. Although small, the flat is sizeable enough for two people. Shops are in the same building, and the bus stop is very close. Helpful instructions from the host.
