Residencia muy linda, silenciosa sin duda un buen lugar para pasar en familia en tranquilidad. El hospedaje muy lujoso, limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y proactivo. Sin duda volveremos!😊✨️

Honestamente esta casa superó nuestras expectativas. Es privado, el lugar es precioso y además todo estaba impecable! Las instrucciones fueron claras para llegar, y la privacidad del lugar hace que te sientas cómodo y seguro de estar ahí sin preocupaciones! El primer día que llegamos tuvimos un problema eléctrico, a penas contacte al propietario, tuve una respuesta de inmediato! Llegaron a solucionar el problema rápidamente y estoy segura de que si hubiera necesitado algo nuevamente, ellos estarían dispuestos a solucionarlo en el momento. Mi familia y yo nos llevamos una excelente experiencia de este lugar y si volvemos a visitar la ciudad, es por seguro que volveremos a aquí! Gracias nuevamente a Milagros por la excelente atención!

Se los recomiendo. Cerca de Granada, pasiaron en carreta, fueron al malecon y mas que todo la casa muy acogedora. Gracias Nuevamente. Que decir de este lugar, es tan tranquilo y tan hermoso. Me sentí tan relajado estos días, además de la zona que es muy tranquila y llena de naturaleza. Nel se porto super linda y accesible xon nosotros todo el tiempo, además que su cosecha de café es excelente. En caso de volver a viajar a Nicaragua, no duraremos en regresar a este lugar ❤️✨️

The house is great specially for family gatherings. Would definitely come back again lovely house and Sindy was amazing always very helpful goes above and beyond.

From check-in to check-out, everything was very straightforward. Natalia and Martin were very responsive, although everything went smoothly, so not much assistance was needed. The home was open and breezy, so it was very comfortable, especially in the evenings. It was just as it appeared in the photos. We enjoyed the company of the REAL owner of the house, Gustavo, the resident cat, and his often visiting friend Lulu. All-in-all, we felt very much at home and had a very nice time getting to see Managua and the surrounding area. There are some places on Lake Managua that were very pleasant, with a real tropical feel, right in the surrounding forest. We even got to see (and HEAR) a troupe of howler monkeys. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip, and always nice to have such a pleasant place to come back to each night,

There are not enough characters here to describe how wonderful our experience was, the place was extremely spacious, luxurious and crisp clean. It's really great value. The views are incredible, it looks even more impressive in real than in the photos. The location is secluded, if you like to walk, towns are at ~20 minute walking distance or you can order a mototaxi for $2-$3 or so. Jannett was such a gracious host, we had a few tiny issues at start and she solved it so graciously, that we almost felt uncomfortable with her generous solution! The caretaker was wonderful too, as an added bonus we got to take care of their dog who lives on the premises, we miss our dog at home so this was great. There are 3 amazing trails nearby, they are not really marked well, but it's fairly easy to find them. You can easily spend 5-6 days here and do all the trails, visit the villages and unwind and relax. This is a true hidden gem and I would come back here without a doubt!!! Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful oasis! The space is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable—we all slept like a dream! One of our favorite spots was the gorgeous hammock, perfect for lounging and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Our host was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special shoutout to Karin, the housekeeper, who did such a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Quedamos encantados con el lugar, nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa, sentimos mucha tranquilidad alejados del bullicio de la ciudad disfrute mucho las mañanas en la hamaca, un lugar muy limpio y fresco, el señor Julio también muy amable y ni hablar de nuestro anfitrión Marc muy amable y atento a las necesidades de nosotros Muchas gracias! Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar 😌

Let me start by saying that this has to be one of the best houses I have stayed at in Managua. Excellent location just a few minutes from Walmart and from galleria mall. The house is very clean and with all the amenities. Loved taking hot water showers. I would have loved a tv in the living room, And the host answered fast with any inquiries. I would definitely stay over again at this place.

The house was very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed and very secure! Water pressure is definitely better in the morning or late at night if you want to do laundry, but that’s everywhere in Managua. Heat is tolerable with the fans during the day. The house has lots of windows and doors, if you keep them open while you’re home during the day you get a nice breeze coming through. Not too hot at night, we slept good with the fans on and some nights were a little chilly. Two of the fans weren’t functioning but Otoniel replaced them promptly. The host is really nice and responsive, communicates with you whenever you reach out. Don’t leave the trash out in the front the night before trash pick up, cats will get to it, bring it out the morning of. Cleaning tools are available. Fridge needs a little maintenance but kept my food nice and cold. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back soon. We felt right at home! Thank you!

We had a great experience here, lounging at home, playing pool, and then walking into town for dinner and people watching. There are two supermercados within walking distance, and you can walk to the parque central in 10 min. Taxi drivers know the restaurant directly across from the house (La Frontera) so we used that when requesting rides home. Heydi was great helping me with calling my airline to arrange delivery of my delayed luggage. I recommend having whatsapp on your phone to communicate easily with locals. Only issues were that wifi didn't work in two of the bedrooms (just common areas) and two showers ran hot and one ran cold with no adjustments we could figure out. Overall great stay!

Amazing! Loved our stay so much. Gloria’s cooking was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

Perfect little house in a quiet neighborhood. It was just what we needed for our stay, close to bus terminals, and the airport. Will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and helpful. The place itself was clean, comfortable, safe, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great as well. It's close to Managua'a Santo Domingo area and a short drive to Granada. The host also offers a traditional Nicaraguan breakfast option with the stay for a few extra bucks. It was delicious and worth it. The Nica beans in particular were out of this world. So flavorful! We loved our stay and will be booking again next time we visit Nicaragua. Highly recommend!
