My stay was great-the spot was exactly as advertised. It was clean, in a great location and Ashley was great with her communication. I would definitely recommend staying here the next time you come to Knoxville!

Great location, super clean, plenty to do within walking distance. Marinda is an amazing host, she gave us tons of suggestions and all were a great time. We definitely will be booking again in the future.

Our family of 6 stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was so clean and provided everything we needed for our family. It is close to everything, Walmart, for groceries, restaurants and entertainment. We ate at Five Oaks restaurant and rode the Wild Stallion ride which is just at the end of the road . I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here for two and a half months while our house is being built. Well furnished and worked out great for us.

For just a little more than a hotel, we had a private apartment close enough to walk to Carson Newman for graduation. Her garden and patio were absolutely lovely, and the apartment was clean and furnished and decorated in a delightful way!

Five stars is not enough. Great location, comfortable, all you need is there and if it isn't Sean will make sure it is there in the blink of an eye.

This farm stay was such a unique and peaceful experience. The property is beautiful and full of charm, but the highlight was definitely the animals! It felt like stepping into a slower, more grounded way of life. It was so fun (and relaxing) to be surrounded by nature and all the animals—truly therapeutic. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and made sure everything was comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to unplug and enjoy a slice of farm life.

Great stay! Location is perfect, outside the town but very close. We spent a lot of time in the park. Very clean, hot tub is great. Some noise from upstairs neighbors, but they have white noise machines. All in all, a great Airbnb!!

Olesia was very responsive and the place made us feel right at home! It's vicinity to downtown and other parts of Knoxville helps a lot. Overall we were really happy!

Had a great overnight stay during our road trip. Very comfortable and private, and felt very safe during our stay. Light switches, as well as other amenities, are all labelled, which was extremely accessible and made for an easy stay. Hosts had consistently good communication and helped us with where we needed to go. 100% recommend!

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Conveniently located to all that Gatlinburg has to offer- easy walk, even easier drive. We were here for a volleyball tournament and it was close to the facility as well. Kay and Jon gave lots of great information several times prior to check in and provided the reminders prior to check out. The most place is so quaint and extremely clean with all the amenities one would need! Beds were comfortable and made for a god night’s rest. Despite the number of people in Gatlinburg and the convenience to the Main Street, it was extremely quiet. Best part, at least for my daughter, was getting to see a bear in the woods behind the building. Bet the view is just gorgeous when the leaves change in the fall. Thanks, Kay and Jon!

This was such a great find. A block off from the square. Walkable and plenty around. The decor is artsy and comfy. Really loved it. Best part was checkout. No fuss, no cleaning kitchens, taking out trash, doing laundry/dishes. I would give it 10 ⭐️!!

We enjoyed our stay. This was a big house converted to apartments. It was nicely done and was the perfect place for a quick trip to Knoxville. The neighborhood isn't super nice, but we never felt unsafe or threatened. We definitely would stay again.

This is our second stay in this condo. We love it. The hosts are excellent and the view is fantastic. Close to everything but still peaceful.

My boyfriend and I spent 5 days in Tammy’s condo and it was great! Super cozy and spotless. In a good area too, just a short drive to downtown where we spent most of our time. Tammy responded almost immediately to all of our questions and she was super friendly! Gave us lots of information about the area and her directions were clearly stated, we had no trouble finding our condo or getting in.

My wife and i had a great time close to town had great fews of downtown the condo was a little small but had a good time

We did not realise the property was on top of a mountain until we reached there very early in the morning at around 5-6 AM, slept for 5 hours and woke up and took a peek from the patio. The views were great from the patio. The room was perfect. Everything was stocked and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. We were booking on the go, and the hosts were very responsive and responded to our messages late in the night which was very kind of them. It is a good place to stay for 3-4 people max.

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

Absolutely the best! Condo was just as described and the King bed in the master was sooo comfortable. We loved the proximity to town, walking distance is always a plus so we don't have to pay for parking! We will definitely be back!

WOW! Chris’s place was everything described and then some! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The amenities are incredible as it is part of a mountain resort. The drive up to the resort from the main road wasn’t bad at all, even in my little Honda Civic. While narrow in a couple places, it is paved the entire way up and was a nice drive with level places to park. It is more than worth it for the cost. We had 3 days/nights of light snow and Chris even gave us notice when inclement weather was heading our way. Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful, especially for Floridians in the snow lol. Everything was incredibly clean, including the provided kitchenware. Two things to note: pack your spices and Keurig. We have become accustomed to having those in airbnbs, but both were easily mended/substituted. Chris’s place is located around 15-30 minutes away from most attractions/local shops, so it is perfect for going out or enjoying staying in. We will definitely be back!
