A group of 6 mature (but fun!) adults shared this house while in Roseville to work a pickleball tournament; we are pickleball referees. The house had enough bedrooms for 2 couples and 2 singles. We did invite two fellow refs to join us for dinner two nights. The dining table was only large enough for 6, but we brought in two patio chairs, and rubbed elbows during dinner. Being able to park two cars on the driveway was great - one other car parked on the street. Our days were early and long so we didn't lounge much in the house, but there were plenty of spaces to do so. It was a nice place to bond with our housemates and forge the start of some wonderful friendships.

We only stayed one night at Joanne’s place, but we would have happily stayed longer if we could. The home is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and more. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Joanne’s clear and detailed instructions. The space was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This place was perfect! We were running a race in nearby Auburn, and this home was a great quiet place to relax before and after. We especially enjoyed the clean and easy to use hot tub. Highly recommend!

This place was more than accommodating for my cousins and I! We were there for a family wedding however with enough rooms for all of us, it turned into a mini reunion as well! We had a slumber party weekend and memories for a lifetime! We had 3 vehicles there after we all arrived and there was more than enough room for all 3 cars to be parked in front.

The listing is a lovely place with a lovely host! The only comment I would make is that there is no dedicated kitchen and that was a bit of a challenge. After arriving and seeing the unit, I went back to look at the photos and description on the Air BnB listing. The photos looked as if there was a small kitchen but the description listed no "formal kitchen" so that part was a little confusing. Instead of a kitchen sink there was a laundry wash basin installed which was great to have but not useful for any kind of food prep in the sense that you have to be careful not to put anything but water down the drain since there is no garbage disposal. We made it work though and would definitely stay there again. Perhaps some further clarity in the description of what is meant by "no formal kitchen" would be helpful.
