The family had a wedding to attend at Kingfisher Bay Kgari so we booked Rishendas beach house. Everyone felt comfortable, the home was well equipped and plenty big enough for our large group. The views were amazing, the resident kookaburras visited daily. The outdoor dining area with spa and BBQ on the deck overlooking the fabulous views was Amazing. We would definitely recommend Rishendas house and would love to return again for an Island holiday.

Incredible place and Brian was so helpful, we would love to return. Instructions regarding pickup at mainland reception were a bit confusing as they denied having anything to do with Airbnb and caused us to almost miss the Barge. The reception at the resort itself were lovely and had keys for us anyway thank goodness. This was the only downside of the entire trip and we’d love to come back!

Lovely little house in the centre of Kingfisher resort! Great spot to be to explore K’gari. Lots of restaurants and near the beach for swimming and sunset

Absolutely gorgeous view, extremely spacious and super well appointed unit. The kitchen especially was so well appointed, best self contained place we have ever stayed at. Loved it and will be back!

Beautiful unit, that is as large as a home. Close to everything you need and walking distance to beach.

We loved Fiona's and were well looked after during our stay when we needed advice or recommendations. Any difficulties were addressed immediately by the local team. What an unspoiled gem of a location, steps to the beach, lovely lake walk, restaurant, cafe, takeaway are all close by as well as Eli Waters shopping centre for the big shops (15 mins by car) and Craiginish for the smaller shopping. This home is well looked after, loved and cared for, it was perfect for us and our fur baby who adored the dog friendly beach, the Craiginish dog park and the lake walk (dogs cannot swim in this.) We cannot wait for our next 2 week visit thank you everyone for a wonderful stay.

Great property, immaculately clean, good position for access to the beach and water, can walk to grocery store and park easily etc. furniture is all comfortable and a great kitchen. perfect for the weekend getaway

Loved the house and the yard was perfect for some backyard cricket. The fold out couch was broken and unusable which Christina said she will replace. Great location.

The place was perfect for our needs, overnight stay on a road trip. Easy to find, great instructions, clean, comfy beds and lovely bathroom.

Warren and his wife Vass were very nice. We went as a small family with 7m old baby and 2 yrs old dog. I believe our dog had best time ever to run around and met some new animals as friends. Patch(the dog mother) was very nice with us, even we wnt for long walk, she always around us. Our baby may not remember this journey but she actually having a good chance to look around and close with their friendly cows. Finally, my husband and I are very relax, we woke up early than usual to have a deep breath in the nature, night time, we saw lots of stars that can easy take pics with mobile. We will definitely visit again when our girl grows a bit older. highly recommend

We had two families stay over Christmas and it was an excellent holiday! The house was perfect for a total of 9 of us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location wise you’re very close to the main town area of Rainbow Beach - we walked there several times. It is also within driving distance to lots of other beautiful spots. We did a day trip to Double Island Point and that was easily manageable (if you have a 4WD!). Thanks Jessica it was a Christmas holiday to remember!

we have stayed in Hervey Bay a few times now, but the location here is great. police station nearby meant that this time there wasn't some bogan doing burnouts outside! short walk to the bay, the main st and pretty much anything else you'd need. place had a great homely and relaxed vibe, pool was pristine and bed was really comfy too. would happily stay here again!

My Family and i stayed over the Easter break. Cols place was a perfect retreat for us and our 2 puppies. Cols place was well equipped and very comfortable, it was a great space to return to after a day of exploring all that Hervey bay had to offer. Col was quick to reply to my messages and very helpful with local recommendations. Absolutely loved the getaway and will definitely be back.

Great sized house for a large group, nice open plan with plenty of space. The kitchen is big and well equipped although some of the appliances and pots and pans need updating. Like most Airbnb's there is never enough toilet paper, washing detergent or tea towels so be sure to bring your own. Beautiful views from the large balcony, a great way to relax and watch the sunset of an afternoon. We always love staying within the Kingfisher Resort, it's great to be able to use the resort pool and very close to do day trips to Lake McKenzie. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this wonderful Airbnb 9 years ago and still talk about how amazing our experience was. Lindy is truly an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and full of genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. The space was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated how much thought she put into providing information about local attractions and things to do in the area—it made planning our days so easy. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, which added an extra layer of fun to our stay. Even though we were sharing her home, Lindy gave us all the privacy we needed, which made the experience even more comfortable. It was the perfect blend of friendliness and respect for space. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, great hospitality, and a truly welcoming environment! We had a wonderful stay at Deborah’s place, the facilities were excellent, there was more than enough dishes, cutlery and plenty of games for the children and adults, really well equipped home and plenty of space for all 13 of us . We would certainly book it again .

Love, love, loved this place. The location is epic. The unit is in easy walking distance of the reception, pool and restaurant. The unit had everything we needed and more. Literally can’t wait to come back next year with my family (2 young kids).

Our family of 5 had a fantastic time. Playground over the road, the entire town is walkable. The surf club has epic views and food—4x4 rental at the end of the road. The place is very comfy and relaxing. We would stay again and again!

The unit was great, very comfortable and exactly what we required. Fully kitted out, with nice touches of milk in the fridge and fresh bread in the kitchen. Also washing powder provided. All cleaning items too.. Michelle was very responsive. There were a few issues that she resolved and a couple that were out of her control. The Body Corporate let her down with an unusable pool. And there were issues with the NBN, but Michelle found a usable workaround for that. . We would stay there again based on our experiences.
