Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Explore Cowan Lake WEC and Amish stores and bakeries all within minutes from this historic Schoolhouse and picturesque setting. This 1882 Rural Schoolhouse is sitting on an acre of the original land. It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Great for outside gatherings and animal friendly inside and outside, including horse trailer parking and moving vans .

Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Secluded, reclaimed log cabin. This hidden gem is a piece of the past with the comfort of modern amenities. Come sit a spell on either of the porch swings, enjoy a campfire by the pond, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace, or soak in the hot tub. *Please note-We will have property around The Cabin being logged during September/early October. Just two blocks from downtown and a 10 plus mile paved walking/bicycle path in back yard. Few minutes drive to World Equestrian and located within a hour drive to several major cities.

A third guest can also enjoy the cozy sleeping nook with twin bed and a 4th guest on our roll-away bed.

Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!
