This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

Wonderful, charming home in historic, downtown Stuart. Our family rented this and the Owl House to accommodate our stay in Stuart. Everything was great in both homes! Expectations exceeded!

Very sweet house in great location. We had everything we needed for our 3 person work trip; kitchen well-equipped, comfy beds and furniture, good showers. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for our 3 person work trip. I would love to stay here on vacation some day. Jeff is a great host!

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Steven’s place. Steven was always very responsive both via Air BnB and text message. The space was exactly has described and extremely roomy, the property grounds and common areas were well maintained. We would 100% recommend this house to our friends and look forward to future family vacations here!

This was the perfect staycation for our family from out of town that joined us. The house smelled slightly of cigarettes when we came in the front door. Even with the most sensitive noses, we hardly noticed it after a few minutes. The kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked! Tons of towels too. It’s a nice, open floor plan. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and we were all comfortable. The garage is turned into a game room and has all the fun stuff. Now let’s get to the backyard. WOW! The landscaping is breathtaking and we sat outside for hours and just stared at the water. We even saw a baby alligator near our dock! The house is equipped with a dock and lift. However, I wish that part would have been more informative. While the channel is extremely deep, even in high tide, we could not get the boat onto the lift. It’s extremely shallow. If you’re planning on bringing a boat, I would go over the specifics. We couldn’t fit it and we only draw 1 ft. Besides that, zero complaints!

We had a wonderful time at Katie’s place! The property is so peaceful and the retreat was the perfect size for the our family of three. I appreciated how clean it was and my son LOVED all the outdoor space….he is asking when we can move here :) We would definitely love to return!

Every staff member at Fran and Nancy’s went above and beyond, all were helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.

Denise was very friendly and accommodating. Her home was clean and adorable! And had so many amenities. In fact, we were taking family photos and needed an iron and ironing board...well Denise had that as well! Kitchen was fully stocked and there was nothing we needed that she did not have! It was also lovely looking out at the swimming pool and the canal! GREAT neighborhood and super quiet and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. P.S. Her husband, Mickey, was also friendly. There was a small leak in the bathroom sink and Mickey came over immediately. Wonderful people who care about their property!!

Love the cottage! Perfect spot for beautiful views of sunrise over the river. Eric was the perfect host. Responed super fast to texts! We are planning to return!! There is everything you need in this sunny cosy cottage.

Eric's little cottage was cozy. we loved that it was set back into a quiet location. it also had a dock that you can fish on. Chonchy Jo's is down the road that serves excellent food and live music.

2nd time staying here and enjoyed it immensely! It’s the perfect size and the pool area is the best. It has a screened in pool area and also has a shaded sitting area. The inside area is spacious for one, two or many more people. My dog Heidi remembered being there and adapted immediately. She even jumped in the pool and happily enjoyed the stairs to get in and out of the pool. The neighborhood was friendly and is quite at night so that was nice. Easy access to local eating places by the water which are mostly dog friendly they are very close to the location. Also but relatively close to enjoy Jupiter, Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale area which my daughter who flew down for few days decided to live in Ft Lauderdale someday soon. Stuart, Port Salerno and Hutchinson Island have some very remote beaches some are very close to the home. The price is right and is 100% better then a hotel with the space and privacy. The host addresses any small concerns very quickly. See you again soon!

I have stayed here for a family get together multiple times now and it has been a great experience both times. There is plenty of room for everyone to be together or for everyone to be in their own spaces. Between the (beautiful) fire pit, trampoline, pool table, hot tub, farm animals, pavilion island, or walking around way out back where the livestock are, there was plenty for everyone to be entertained. I booked the “Blue Mind” for a four week holiday in the Palm City / Stuart area. Fantastic property right on the water and directly across the channel from Stuart. Three kayaks are available to guests, all in excellent condition. The cottage itself is set back from the water behind the main house, but access to the water is easy. There’s parking for two cars, and the cottage is quiet and comfortable. Located on a cul-de-sac off of a cul-de-sac off of a cul-de-sac (no kidding!) in a quiet upscale residential area, it’s ideal for enjoying a walk around the neighborhood in the cool of the evening. On top of all that, owners Chad and Liz are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We are a family of 4 and stayed for 4 nights. A great sized and well equipped apartment. Perfect location being a few minutes walk to the beach and a stunning sea view from the great sized balcony. We loved exploring the local area and enjoying the pool and beach. The owner is responsive to questions and helped with local restaurant recommendations. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

What a beautiful location and lovely Condominium! We enjoyed hearing the Ocean and the majestic views. We were very comfortable here. The owner Linda was especially nice and accommodating! Highly recommend this property!

A fantastic location off the beaten path but close to everything and the beach is just steps away!

Quiet, safe, relaxing, coin operated laundry on site. Beautiful heated pool.

I’ve stayed at other condos in this development .. this by far was my favorite, for the view and its much more peaceful in the pelican building
