Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. Scott was so nice. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything at all and told us he was available 24/7. The house is very homey and very clean and had everything we needed.

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! The place was great! Cute cottage near a beach. We loved the wonderful backyard space with the grill and fire chimney. Easy to get to and minutes away from several Cap Cod sites and towns. Would definately go back!

Sue’s place was great for my family and dog. The 2 apartments give a nice separation when staying with a group. Very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra fee to not worry about linens and felt It was worth it. It is on a busy road and you can definitely hear the traffic when the windows are open as the house is pretty close to the road but it wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Location is great for many restaurants and beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis or Chatham

Kat is a fantastic host. This is the second time I have stayed in one of Kat’s places. Both times she has been very helpful and bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable. I accidentally left something the first time and she went out of her way to get it back to me.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to lots of restaurants and coffee places, making it easy to explore. All the pictures are accurate. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the coffee bar:) my kids loved the pool and hot tub. And it was especially great to be able to bring my dog! We will definitely rent again.

We had a lovely long weekend! There were 9 of us and a dog with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy! Of course the backyard was the highlight for us we never wanted to leave! The pool is fantastic! Also the Paines creek beach right near the house is gorgeous for sunsets! Loved everything about the location. Maria was a great host!

I spent another spectacular week at Paradise Found. The cottage is peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings and an ideal location on the Cape. My dogs enjoy themselves in the large yard and going on neighborhood walks. Jayne and Steven are so friendly and always make me feel at home. My third year in a row and I can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot to get away and clear your head. Wi-Fi and amenities we're great, the private back patio is serene and everything you'd want to see in downtown Provincetown is within walking distance. If you enjoy the type of vacation where you can park your car and not get back in it until you leave, this is a wonderful spot. It was very affordable, well maintained, and an overall peaceful spot with good vibes.

Nice place that was cleaned upgraded. Fit 6 of us very comfortably with open kitchen and living room that let us be together and enjoy each other’s company. The bathrooms were clean and amenities were available to use. The beds were comfy,but I would have preferred softer pillows. Overall the place was very nice and was easy to get to and from for sightseeing trips etc. Our host was available for questions and to help us if we had questions.

Sean’s home was in a great location in Federal Hill, walkable to lots of restaurants and shops and east access to downtown and other neighborhoods. Everything with the home was clear and as described. We’d stay again next time we’re in Providence!

Ashley’s Hummingbird Cottage was terrific. It was quiet and immaculate. It was close to conservation land for walking and area beaches and wildlife. She was quick to respond and so easy to deal with. It snowed while we were there and we got up to a cleaned off car! We appreciated the box of croissants to great us. We will certainly think of her again when we head towards that area!

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

Joseph’s place was just what we needed for our family’s accommodations to attend a wedding. The place was nice, comfortable, clean, and served its purpose. Off-street parking was helpful. The neighborhood is residential, but convenient to restaurants and some faster options. There were some slightly unsavory things going on down on the street below outside the building, a couple of times. We come from Baltimore though, and felt safe. Joseph was an excellent host. Would stay again.
