We booked this location some time ago. Unfortunately we live in South Georgia and were hit very hard by hurricane Helene. We were without water and power for a week. All counties around us suffered even harder. The last thing on our minds was this trip, and we missed it. This wonderful group of people reached out to us and let us rebook for a few weeks later with no problem. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful and genuinely surprised I am by their kindness and graciousness. I will be making a trip here often.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. You can’t beat the location and view. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having access to the garage, most condos we’ve stayed in keep the garage locked. Made unloading so much easier and gave us a place to sit outside without being in the sun. Mason was a great host and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We absolutely will stay here again!!

This is such a beautiful location right on the beach and right next to the playground! It was such a peaceful vacation spot. We really enjoyed the condo. Plenty of beds and televisions and all the amenities you could ask for.

Our family enjoyed staying in such a beautiful apartment. Phyllis was accommodating and provided a great place for us to stay. The access to the water was great for kayaking and paddle boarding as well as floating too! We hope to be back and stay longer soon.

Excellent spacious studio apartment in a historic building in an excellent location. Located downtown and within walking distance to everything! Was especially convenient since one of our main reasons for visiting Paducah was to attend the Paducah Symphony, the AirBnB is directly across the street from the Carson Center. It's not any longer walk than if your car was parked in the parking lot. Can't say enough, we'll book again if available. And I encourage everyone to sign and look through the guest books, there are very thoughtful memories left by people far more creative than us (artists and quilters). You'll enjoy perusing them.

This was our first time staying here. Friendly staff, great restaurant, clean, family oriented place. We plan to book a trip for next summer with our kids, my parents and grandparents. They will love it!

Very nice place. Close to the lake but we were there for the Paducah Quilt Week so we didn’t take advantage of the golf cart that went with the rental or the boat that could be rented. Would definitely stay again. Sabrina was a good host.

We had a fantastic time at this little lakeside house. It's spacious for our family of five and was equipped with everything we needed. It's a beautiful spot, plenty of space, and gorgeously decorated. We especially enjoyed the sunsets from the back porch. Victoria was very responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely come here again!

Was a beautiful place and lots of room

What can I say…it was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Absolutely beautiful views. Loved that we could use the boat dock. The boat launch is about a 2 min drive. All the little things such as games, books, chips, water, and coffee were such a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We would stay here again.

Your home is beautiful in lovely surroundings. Hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. Our group of 4 enjoyed our stay tremendously!! Thank you for sharing it with us!!

You can’t go wrong with this property. Close to the marina, clean interior, and strong AC! The covered front porch gave us a chance to sit outside and play games with the kids on a day with little humidity.

We loved our stay at Kentucky Deer Run. The house was immaculate with all the amenities needed for cooking meals. Our favorite part was the backyard where there was docks to go fishing and plenty of space for my kids/dogs to run around. Lastly, the owners were fantastic giving us a welcome basket and greeting us after arrival to check if we needed anything. I would highly recommend renting this home!

all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We booked very last minute due to an issue with a different place we had planned to stay and still got a great deal and a great room.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location in this wonderful and special small town. Beautifully decorated, extremely plush and plentiful towels. We particularly appreciated the extra touches including snacks and beverages. The host was extremely responsive and instructions were clear and complete. We loved this place.
