La estancia de toda mi familia ha sido perfecta. La casa es impresionante, Rachida, nos trató encantadoramente y nos ayudó en todo. En general, hemos estado como en nuestra casa y siempre hemos estado atendidos de manera perfecta. La ubicación de la casa está muy cerca del centro y caminando se llega a todas partes. Y la comunicación con Pierre ha sido muy buena.

Merci Alain pour les échanges qui nous ont encouragées à sélectionner votre location. En effet, nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans votre charmant riad ! Sur place nous avons été accueillis par Samad, qui a été durant tout notre séjour, un hôte très réactif, attentionné et à notre écoute. Il nous a fait sentir comme chez nous! La cuisine de Tourya, notre cheffe cuisinière, était absolument délicieuse, nous avons adoré les petits déjeuners et les dîners qu'elle nous a préparés ! sans compter son thé à la menthe qui a fait l'unanimité! Le riad est décoré avec goût et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La situation dans la médina est idéale pour explorer la ville. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience authentique et agréable à Marrakech. Merci encore à Samad et Tourya pour leur accueil chaleureux ! 5/5 étoiles

The Raid is very nice. Good air-conditioning and host is very helpful. Nice breakfast. Location is accessible. While there is leakage of water due to very heavy rain, everything is just good.

Mohammed est un hôte accueillant, très rassurant, qui prend grand soin de sa clientèle. Toujours disponible par téléphone ou physiquement et très serviable. De très bon conseil et très bon organisateur du séjour et des excursions. Met à disposition des chauffeurs de qualité et très disponibles pour se déplacer. C est très appréciable. Un très bon séjour passé au Maroc grâce à lui.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (7personnes) dans le riad d'Amandine. Ce séjour fut excellent. La maison est vaste et permet à chacun de garder de l'intimité s'il le souhaite. Le patio est très agréable, les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions et très confortables. Le toit/terrasse spectaculaire et bien aménagé. L'emplacement du riad est parfait en plein centre de la médina et proche de tous les centres d'intérêts touristiques ou gastronomiques. Aïcha, qui s'occupe du riad au quotidien est particulièrement gentille et attentionnée. Elle peut vous concocter de délicieux repas marocain. Un séjour parfait en tous points. Merci Amadine !

I had to leave early and my change in plans caused a bit of chaos, but Jacques and Adil were fantastic about making sure I had transportation to the airport that got me there in plenty of time for my flight. But more importantly Adil guided me himself to a taxi and made the arrangements with the driver which ensured I was not overcharged.

My sister and I were very cosy and at ease at Abdelghani's place. I have a bad back and the mattress on my bed was incredibly comfortable. The building feels safe and blessed, and is a short walk from all the areas we wanted to visit, including the Jemaa-El-Fnaa main square and some great restaurants. Our initial journey there was not so easy as we were unable to get mobile data on our phone at that point, so were lost after the taxi dropped us off and unable to access Abdelghani's video instructions for the final stretch... but after a shaky start we finally made it and were very happy with the location once we had settled in.

We decided to go on a family trip, and were looking for a private Riad for 9 persons. We found this Riad from Alain, and were amazed! We had a great time, the space is cozy and has real character. We felt home and welcome in this Riad in Marrakesh and can't wait to come back again! The location was central and close to all different sorts of restaurants, shops and facilities like taxi stands. It's also close to Bacha Coffee! We also are very happy with Alain, who gave us all the information we needed before our journey began. Rachida, the lovely lady who was at the Riad who picked us up from the taxi stand and walked with us to the Riad, and made us breakfast every day. She was very kind and we miss her already! We made some really good memories with our family.

Riad Bab Ouchka is a lovely oasis in the middle of the frantic streets of Marrakech. It was spotlessly clean and all of the bedrooms are spacious. The roof terrace is a great spot to relax. Its just a few minutes walk from the shopping streets and about 10 mins to the main square. There are several lovely restaurants with peaceful terraces within a few steps. Mohammed arranged a taxi from the airport and was there to meet the taxi a few streets away from the riad which is as close as a car can get. I'd highly recommend this as its quite hard to find the first time. Mohammed was happy to sit with us and go over a map of the city pointing out things to do and he recommended a really good restaurant very close by. We had breakfast cooked for us in the riad on a couple of days, very tasty - definitely give this a go.

Lancement, le Riad était exceptionnel propre, et comme sur les photos, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le personnel était discret, gentil bienveillant avec nous, ce fut un séjour très apaisant avec pour les vagues pour nous percer chaque soir

Unser Aufenthalt bei Jihane war einfach großartig. Das Riad ist wunderschön, sehr gut gelegen und wir – zwei Erwachsene, eine Tochter und ein Sohn – wurden entsprechend einem Hotelaufenthalt verwöhnt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Jihane für die hervorragende Organisation und ihre stete Freundlichkeit sowie Hilfsbereitschaft bei all unseren Fragen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die ausgezeichnete Kochkunst der Haushälterin, die uns jeden Morgen ein abwechslungsreiches, reichhaltiges Frühstück servierte – sogar mit einem köstlichen Berbertajine! Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens empfehlen – ohne zu zögern buchen!

Le logement correspond à la description. Spacieux et bien équipé, propre. Il se situe au coeur de la médina, l'accès pieds n'est donc pas facile avec les bagages, mais une fois que la voiture est garée sur le parking (payant et sécurisé), tout est accessible à pieds en immersion directe avec les locaux. Très calme en journée mais plus bruyant la nuit car à proximité d' un bar avec musique. Latifa a été très accueillante, disponible et très réactive lorsque nous avons eu besoin de ses services. Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour chez Pascal.

Sylvains hus var en skøn oplevelse. Meget, meget smukt indrettet med fine detaljer. Ser endnu bedre ud i virkeligheden end på fotos. Funktionel. Varm og godt isoleret. Ren. Gode puder og dyner. Velduftende. Stor og dejlig loftterasse. Helt roligt og mørkt om natten. Man kunne tage bad uden problemer, da vandtryk og varmt vand fungerede upåklageligt. Central og tryg beliggenhed. Sylvain var meget hjælpsom og svarede altid hurtigt. Hafida var ligeledes meget hjælpsom og virkelig sød og varm. Hun lavede dejlig mad til os en aften, og morgenmaden var også god og rigelig. Jeg anbefaler denne riad på det varmeste og kommer gerne igen.

riad très charmant et bien entretenu, propre. l'accueil était très bien avec thé et petits gâteaux, Hicham est très gentil et disponible. le riad est très bien placé dans la médina. je recommande !

Un séjour parfait dans une villa idéale ! L’emplacement est top : proche de tout, mais au calme, loin du bruit de la ville. La villa est spacieuse, propre et très bien entretenue. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. Mostafa a été incroyable : accueillant, disponible, toujours à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Il nous a recommandé de super adresses. La femme de ménage est méticuleuse, avec draps et serviettes changés régulièrement. L’accueil et le départ se sont faits avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un vrai bijou à Marrakech, avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Je recommande à 100 % !

Le riad de Basma était ai delà de nos attentes, il est magnifique, bien décoré, propre, spacieux et fonctionnel, l'emplacement est idéal à l'écart des mieux touristiques ce qui permet une approche un peu plus "locale" et plus calme. Nous avons grâce à Basma eu le contact de notre chauffeur Toufik qui a organisé tout nos transferts et nos excursions, les chauffeurs était très chaleureux et agréable, toujours à l'heure et prêt à rendre service si besoin. Nous avons également aussi était agréablement acceuillis par Rachida au riad malgres notre arrivée tardive, elle a toujours était disponible et aux petits soins, et nous a préparé des excellent petit déjeuner et egalement le meilleur repas de notre séjour. Merci à Basma et aux personnes citées plus haut pour avoir rendu ce séjour en famille inoubliable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amandine's beautiful home. Dar Bahia is tastefully decorated, with plenty of space to seek solitude or hang out together as a family or group. The bedrooms feel like cosy nests and the bathrooms feel luxurious. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the study was appreciated by one of our children with exams coming up soon. I need to give special mention to Chama, who gave us a lovely welcome and popped in midweek to give the house a clean. Amandine gave brilliant recommendations and instructions and was really responsive. The location, in the medina, is perfect, with a bakery at the top of the lane for early morning breakfast treats, a few more minutes walk and you're in the heart of the action with shopping, cafes and restaurants galore. For light sleepers, I would recommend earplugs as the home is close to a mosque and the call to prayer does travel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - one of the best AirBnB experiences we've had!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, la terrasse est parfaite et donne un plus au riad. Tous le monde était au petit soin pour nous, le petit déjeuner était excellent. Super séjour

Le Riad est super bien placé dans la médina et reste calme. Restaurants, lieux touristiques, supermarchés, tout est proche et peut se faire à pied. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant l’heure prévu. Alice est très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Mohamed nous a également très bien accueilli. La piscine dans le toit est idéale. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Hôte très réactif même à distance. Notre horaire d’arrivée très tardive n’a posé aucun soucis. Accueil sympathique et bienveillant. Situation idéale pour visiter Marrakech à pied. Le roof top juste wahou! Adresse à retenir pour Marrakech. Merci également à Issa qui s’est occupé de nous sur place!

It was a perfect stay. We were welcomed by Redouane in a perfect way. He was present for us when we would. Lovely stay!

This place is as close to perfection you can get. We stayed here as 2 people but the riad is spacious enough to easily fit 6. Nele was a fantastic host, extremely flexible when we had certain complications and also very responsive to any queries we had. The staff here were wonderful and so welcoming. The rooms are the perfect size with very comfortable king size beds and there is a beautiful rooftop with sunbeds under the shade that we spent a lot of time in. The area was also perfect for us as it was quite calm and easy to get to but not far away from the bustling streets of the souks. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
