Ryan was very responsive and helpful during my stay! The place was clean and had everything I could’ve needed. Only 5 minutes down the street from margaritaville too!

Jason was truly exceptional-kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. He above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, stocking the place with food, essentials, and little comforts that made us feel completely at home. From fresh bread to cleaning supplies, cookware, and soft towels, every detail was carefully considered. We were especially touched by the sweet messages placed around the kitchen and the beautiful mint cookies they left for my boyfriend's birthday, complete with a heartfelt note. Their kindness made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable.

We loved this place and location. If you are looking for a scenic place to relax, this is your place. It was quiet, the experience is well thought out and communicated by the host. Nothing is unclear, or confusing. I wish I could have stayed a week or so to read all the books, see the ducks and turtles every day! We would love to come back and enjoy again!

We stayed at this beautiful home for my daughter’s wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we needed, and the surroundings were breathtaking—peaceful, quiet, and full of natural beauty. It was the perfect retreat for our family during such a special time. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway!

My family and I stayed here over Easter weekend for a mini reunion. The 5 bedrooms accommodated everyone easily and r he kids loved staying together in the bunk bed room. There was plenty of room in all of the common areas for our family to hang out and play games. The kids also loved being on the lake and playing on the GIANT water mat! The backyard was perfect for our Easter egg hunt and we spent a large majority of our time out on the back porch talking and hanging out. The neighbors were friendly and respectful and the location was great as well. We found we were only 10 minutes away from HEB, Kroger, CVS, and Walgreens. Our family has already expressed interest in staying here again. We look forward to returning in the near future!

What an incredible place! Peaceful, gorgeous, clean, quiet, and everything we needed to enjoy a lovely weekend in Waco. The bed was super comfy, and we loved the shower products. Fishing in the fully stocked pond was so much fun; we caught and released five bass fish! I would definitely book this beautiful, rustic cabin again and again in a heartbeat! This home was amazing! It had everything that we needed, minus a tv in the kids room. (I realize this isn't something most parents need. The kids slept in my room where the TV was.) The home was clean and well kept. The covered parking was nice since it rained a couple of times when we were there. Having access to the RV clubhouse, and play area was nice and gave the kids something to do. As any parent knows, keeping kids happy can be difficult, but the kids were very happy with the stay as well. (Especially when they were able to view a 'movie' on the huge screen in the clubhouse!)
