We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. KC's Lake Cabin, is located in the private Marla Bay subdivision, where you can enjoy the private beach (5 minute walk) and watch the beautiful sunsets. Boat buoy available (separate app & fee).The cabin has a fenced backyard, views of the lake, fire pit, hottub and BBQ grill, with outdoor sitting/eating areas. The cabin is 1 bedroom and a loft bedroom, both have Queen size beds, and there is a Full size pull out futon in Living Room. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet (no tub).
