Stay was enjoyable and home was clean. We were in town for an event, and the skywalks access was a must have during the winter months. The only complaint I have is that the skywalk to only our build closed at random times, told by a local it closed at 7pm, sometimes it was 7 other nights it was earlier or later than 7pm. A few times we got caught and we’d have to go outside and walk around the block to get back inside our building. Our event would run till 10pm at night, which was when we needed the skywalk access the most. Of course this is beyond the hosts control, but wanted to warn anyone who might need the skywalk access for late nights.

Our stay was great! The building is beautiful! I wish I could see pictures of what it looked like as a department store! The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Everything was as what we expected coming for the weekend! We felt right at home. Perfect walking location for dining, to the stadium and site seeing.

We had friends that was also in Indy and couldn’t visit without be charged made us feel like kids

The apartment was modern and stylish. The location is perfect, just a block from the monument and easily walkable to Lucas Oil Stadium. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need for basic cooking. The space is a semi-studio with a large open window from the bedroom to the kitchen/living space. The couch does not pull out but there is a fold away bed in the closet, which was convenient. The building is a cool historic art deco style building with its quirks. It was a bit of a maze to find the apartment and parking but they send very helpful instructions. The listing is run by an agency, not a person, and they didn’t respond directly to the messages I sent them but instead sent standard check in/out instructions. Also worth noting that the area is very loud at night with loud cars, honking, and bars playing music. I think the noise is unavoidable in this busy downtown location, but it wouldn’t hurt to have a noise machine or fan or bring ear plugs.

The first-timer to the AirBnB world wasn't sure what to expect. In town for a conference with some co-workers and her place was in the perfect location for attendance. Great experience, place/location/amenities as expected! Smooth process! While included parking was a huge benefit, the only recommendation is to provide a description/picture of the entry for the correct parking garage location as this was the only hiccup we had initially but found our way. Would recommend a stay here!

This was a beautiful space in a great location, an easy walk to the convention center. The host was great, gave clear instructions and communication was great. Highly Suggest

Eve was very communicative and responsive. Everything was spelled out well, so our arrival was seamless. Our beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the cookies, coffee, and tea (including to-go cups for the road). She was very friendly. Also, her home is in a lovely neighborhood, very quiet and safe. We appreciated very much our accommodations!

Julie's place was perfect for our family visit to Indy! There was plenty of room for in laws and two kids, and the house is conveniently located. Great layout for separate spaces! We'd stay here again.

Love the house felt at home, love the 4 bathrooms the pantry and complimentary water and snacks and the huge bean bag chair was comfortable

A unique EDU above a garage that isn’t used. I stayed here for a week and everything that was listed was there, and I never had any issues arise either. It’s a quiet neighborhood but right on the same block as a family dollars and 2 great barbecue joints. The kitchen is equipped well with cook ware. Honestly everything was good here and for the price I think I would give 5 stars

With my hectic schedule, I’m thankful to stay at his place for the day. Easy to access and smooth on the check out. Enjoyed my stay for the most part.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Very spacious and the basement space was awesome! Nice location not far from downtown and appreciated the garage space for parking.

My stay was AWESOME! It exceeded my expectations. I must say. The backyard was wonderful and the theater room was a Bonus. I had everything I need at my fingertips. Thank you Norman for making my stay memorable.

Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. And even with some problems from his previous guests he didn't try to hold that over like some people would. Very honest and upfront and willing to work with you as a customer. Very nice place in an area you might think would be rough when you come up on it but no, very peaceful place and no issues.

The view from this unit is magic! My husband and I watched the sun come up each morning and set each night. The open concept living area is the perfect hangout spot with its huge corduroy couch and big arched windows. And the master suite is surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. Suite Spots was very quick to respond with any questions I had, Mary is a true rockstar!

Perfect little spot for someone coming to Indy that would rather have a little more room than a hotel allows! Super close to the Indianapolis Convention Center and plenty of nice restaurants!

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described. The apartment did stay warm even with the air on but there were plenty of fans to help. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants around.
