Vince is an amazing host! He was extremely accommodating and responsive to all of my questions and requests. I was given clear instructions for an easy check-in/out process. The beautiful apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed!

We stayed here for a conference at the convention center and this was a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Our host, Theo, provided clear instructions on how to access the suite. And the inside was modern, clean, and provided all the amenities we needed like extra blankets and pillows. Theo was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. We especially enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen.

Very great stay. I would rebook for when I come back to visit.

Had a Great stay. Was easy to get to and could walk everywhere. If you wanted to Uber it was super easy and affordable. The space was perfect size for us and our trip. The instructions for getting in were easy and clear.

Extremely satisfied with our stay in Patrick’s luxury apartment; definitely one I would book again! The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If I had to mention a couple of things that would make it absolutely perfect: #1 A more spacious couch for relaxing #2 A TV in the bedroom would be a nice addition for movie nights before bed. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I stayed with Sandra for the Carmel Marathon weekend this year. The location was convenient and peaceful and Sandra was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are both extremely spacious and comfortable. While the race was cancelled to to weather, we had a lovely stay nonetheless.

One of the best short stays I’ve had! Mary and Marvin’s place is just as listed. I loved the antiquated look and feel of the space. If you are a book lover then this is the space for you! It was extra-nice to be greet by Marvin-it was even a bit on the late side, but it was important to him, so he did. Additionally, I felt safe staying there alone in Indy. Book it!

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

I visit Indianapolis annually for FDIC and prefer staying near Massachusetts Ave. because of The Rathskeller and other nearby eats/fun. However, many of the condos on Mass. Ave. charge many hundreds of dollars nightly. Debra's nice inn just off of Mass. Ave. was a great compromise. A clean, large suite in a nice location at an affordable price. Big enough for more than just me; spatious and comfortable. Shower is pretty tiny and I'm 5'10 so if you happen to be 6'2" or taller, you'll have a real challenge. Hangers and closet space is ample; something lacking in many units I've stayed in. Debra was exceptionally accommodating and communicative on a small special request I made. I'll likely stay here again next year!

Aimee was a great host. Our original Air bnb cancelled on us at the literal last minute and Aimee replied right away when we were scrambling for another place. It was perfect - clean, great location, and we felt safe. It’s an older building but the apartment has been renovated beautifully. The bed was comfy too.

This place was really nice very local to a lot of restaurants and the community is really awesome as well. I’ll be back soon.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on!
