David & Jacqui are incredibly lovely hosts. You can tell at all times that your well-being is very important to them. From your arrival to your departure. Wonderful people who become friends. The accommodation is beautiful. Of course, the view deserves special mention. The sea and the mountains are at your feet. A place where you can completely relax. WiFI is up to date, works perfectly and there are some books and TV. The spa area is very spacious and the pool is beautiful. You can walk to Comares, where there are shops and restaurants. A beautiful place for which holidaymakers come from far and wide. You get to know the world anew while you relax under almond and olive trees. Your dogs are an added bonus to make you feel at home. The open-plan living area is very nice. They pay attention to detail to make you feel at home. The barbecue&wine is ready and there is plenty of space to relax. fantastische villa. zeer zeer ruim. alles heel compleet uitgerust. moderne keuken etc etc. enige waar je als huurder rekening mee moet houden is dat je eigenlijk alleen met de auto het terrein af kunt omdat je gelijk op de weg zit. even een wandelingetje vanuit huis is dus niet echt mogelijk of je loopt op een autoweg.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft. Alles ist optimal und optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltete. Bei der Ankunft war bereits das Feuer im Kamin angemacht und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen und werde gerne wiederkommen. Leider hatte ich kein Glück mit dem Wetter aber es war auch herrlich um ein Buch zu lesen und Ruhe zu finden. Monika

What a stunning property!! So peaceful and a beautiful view! Matilde was excellent at communicating and so helpful at recommending highlights to see. Her and her brother Juan Carlos, who checked us in, were happy to help in any way to make our stay enjoyable. The property is at the edge of town so it’s definitely useful to have a car. Once entering the gate you drive up the driveway lined with mango trees. Matilde was happy to let us pick a few ripe ones and enjoy them😊 We loved having a swim in the shared pool, which we surprisingly had to ourselves. We also truly appreciated the air conditioning during this time of year. We would definitely recommend this property especially if you are looking for an escape from the busy city. We hope to stay again one day!

todo perfecto, situación magnifica con vistas increibles. Todo muy limpio, y completamente equipado. La comunicación con Mara muy buena en todo momento. 100% recomendable

Wij verbleven de gehele maand januari in het prachtige ruime huis, voorzien van alle gemakken en voldeed prima voor ons. Gekozen voor januari omdat het dan nog niet zo warm is in Spanje en gekozen voor de ligging in de bergen vanwege de rust en de natuur. Het huis ligt net buiten het dorpje Periana met een schitterend vrij uitzicht richting het stuwmeer en in de verte de zee. Hebben prachtige bergwandelingen gemaakt direct in de omgeving of met de auto kleine dorpjes bezocht of heerlijke strandwandelingen gemaakt aan de kust in Torre del Mar dat vanuit Periana in een halfuurtje te bereiken is. Achter het huis bevond zich een ruime tuin met strandstoelen en barbecue en was afsluitbaar zodat ons kleine hondje niet weg kon lopen en heerlijk kon spelen, op het bordes aan de voorkant kon je ook heerlijk zitten en genieten van het zonnetje. Het huis was brandschoon maar vanwege de wintermaanden wel fris, dus de houtkachel of elektrische moest wel aan. Andrés was een prima gastheer voor ons.

Fin de semana estupendo, la casa muy bien, personal q nos recibió muy atentos y amables, la zona muy bonita.
