Het appartement van Elena is zeer centraal gelegen, maar toch super rustig in een zijstraat. We voelden onszelf meteen thuis in de airbnb. Alles was zeer netjes en vanop het balkon in de slaapkamer heb je een prachtig zicht! Elena zelf was telkens vlot bereikbaar en steeds super aangenaam in de omgang.

Great central location for all the attractions of Siena. We hired a car for excursions in Tuscany and parked most days at the station for 2euros/day. Closest parking is the stadium but much more pricy. Top floor apartment is smart and as advertised. Nicoletta was always attentive and available.

I had the pleasure of staying at Via Fusari the past week. This charming apartment is ideally located to all Siena has to offer, as well as excursions to the incredible Tuscan countryside and abundant wineries. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed, with added bonus of having a washer and dryer, for those of us who prefer packing light. Everything you need--restaurants, groceries, shopping are within walking distance. Silvia and Tomasso were extremely helpful, hospitable, responded immediately to our inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was exceptional. Grazie mille, Silvia and Tomasso, for making our adventure such a fabulous experience! Should our travels bring us back to Tuscany in the future, we'd love to book your lovely home again.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

Rocky's home is incredible. It is so peaceful and relaxing, and the sunsets from the yard are stunning! Our family spent the week here and we loved it. We loved our day trips to Pienza and Montalcino, and a visit to a local farm, but returning to the villa in the afternoon was magical. I would not hesitate to come back or to recommend this place!

Casa molto bella a 5min di macchina dal centro di Siena, zona tranquillissima e parcheggio privato nel cortile della casa delimitato da un cancello automatico con telecomando. Proprietaria simpatica, disponibile e gentile. Per il prezzo pagato non si trova di meglio, torneremo assolutamente.

Alessandro to przyjazny i pomocny gospodarz; na wszystkie pytania odpowiadał bardzo szybko i precyzyjnie. Mieszkanie ma doskonałą lokalizację, jest wygodne i dobrze wyposażone. Gdybyśmy raz jeszcze zamierzali wybrać się do Sieny, bez wątpienia będziemy próbować zatrzymać się u Alessandro.

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

Sehr schön gelegene und gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir fanden die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Olivenhain toll und die Möglichkeit, mit Holz zu heizen. Betten waren bequem, Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, das Zentrum von Bibbona zu Fuß erreichbar (schöner, ca. 20 minütiger Spaziergang). Um größere Einkäufe zu tätigen braucht man ein Auto, ebenso um ans Meer zu fahren oder in andere Orte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter!

The location is excellent! Right across the street from train station. All restaurants, shopping and local attractions are literally just steps from the apartment. And, it’s very quiet and peaceful at night. Super safe!!

I chose this apartment for its view and location – and it absolutely delivered. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of accommodation.

We, a family of three seasoned travelers had tremendous fun. The place, the accommodations, and the location were outstanding. The views from the living room/kitchen were exceptional. I absolutely loved the high ceilings and enjoyed perusing the reading materials placed around the apartment. We would definitely visit again. The host was very responsive. Thanks so much!

La nostra esperienza è stata davvero ottima: Caterina è stata super disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione e davvero gentile: la sua accoglienza ci ha fatto proprio sentire a casa! Ci ha anche dato preziosi consigli su dove parcheggiare e su come organizzare gli spostamenti. La casa è in un'ottima posizione, in una via centrale di Siena, vicino a un supermercato e a molti altri negozi. La sua posizione riparata (si affaccia su un cortile interno, lontano dalla strada) le permette di essere molto silenziosa, senza alcun rumore esterno. La casa è molto bella, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario (un ulteriore punto a favore sono i molti libri interessanti da leggere!), ottima sia per soggiorni brevi sia per quelli più lunghi! Consigliato assolutamente!

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft. Und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Francesco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
