Franco host molto presente e gentile. La posizione della struttura è a due passi dal mare, con un giardino molto spazioso all'esterno ed a dieci minuti a piedi dal supermercato più vicino.

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

La casa è molto accogliente e a chi piace la tranquillità è l’ideale, è stato possibile fare un escursione sul Sila, che consiglio. Ringrazio vivamente Arcangelo e la sua famiglia per la bellissima accoglienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Another great stay at Pietros place .As our previous visit we found the house well presented, very-clean and ready for our visit. I previously left a post two years ago about our first stay and not a lot has changed in our opinion. You find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious property that is now fitted with slide door mosquito nets which is a great addition . AC added to one other bedroom, one previous,and the pool area upgraded with a covered seating area where you can look out to sea or the hills opposite. My elderly in laws along with ourselves drove up and down the hill,mountain,not sure which! we had two cars . If you want to get away from it all , with a private pool yet 15 minute drive to the supermarket and beach beyond id recommend this place . A car , vehicle is essential for this home!! We also drove to Pizzo and had a day at Tropea about 1.45 in a car, easily accessed and well worth the visit for a day trip. Beaches in Amentea are sand covered and the sea is lovely with a gradient in the water that doesn’t drop off too sharply, in my opinion!. We used the public beach under umbrellas and occasionally went to one of the many restaurant, lidos for lunch. Parking is also easy on the roads opposite .We parked mainly in town as we were always late to the beach ,preferring poolside until midday , this meant that beach front parking had gone by the time we arrived.Even so a 5 minute stroll to the beach . So yes, if you like space, stunning views, a pool at hand and a quieter tranquil side to your holiday id recommend this home as there cant be many like it for location!

Recensire la casa sarebbe troppo facile, é meravigliosa ed è così come si vede. Sicuramente il punto di forza è il terrazzino dove si può mangiare e odore sia di un tramonto incredibile sia vedere 3 regioni contemporaneamente(Campania, Basilicata, Calabria) io vorrei spendere 2 parole in più per i proprietari che sono delle persone fantastiche, ti accolgono e Si prendono cura di te come se fossi uno di famiglia, ti preparano un cocktail di benvenuto la sera con degli stuzzichini di Isabell molto buoni e un cocktail di Giuseppe fantastico, ti danno consigli su dove andare al mare, su dove andare a mangiare e a fare la spesa, sempre Nell interesse di farti risparmiare. Non vi nego che nel momento di salutarli mi sono venuto gli occhi lucidi..un giorno sicuramente tornerò. Grazie❤️a dimenticavo...se andate li ed entrate in qualsiasi negozio dite che vi manda Giuseppe il Francese.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cette maison est la plus équipée de tous les Airbnb que j’ai visités depuis des années. Il y a TOUT, comme dans une maison habitée. Andrea et Luigi sont disponibles et réactifs aux messages. La maison est atypique, en hauteur, typique du quartier. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

‌Aurelio è un host eccezionale: fin dalla prenotazione si è dimostrato disponibile e cordiale, offrendoci suggerimenti e consigli su come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza in Calabria. La casa è molto grande, gode di un bel panorama sulla vallata sottostante, ha un ampio giardino con pergola e zona barbecue. Le stanze sono grandi e ben arieggiate. All'interno è possibile trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (attrezzi da cucina, lavatrice, phon, asciugamani etc.). È possibile usufruire di due bagni con doccia + una doccia esterna. La pace e la tranquillità regnano ed al contempo è possibile rilassarsi in giardino o raggiungere in poco tempo i paesini o alcune delle spiagge più belle. È un buon punto di appoggio per trascorrere le vacanze al mare, ma senza rinunciare al fresco della montagna.

Antonella is a great host. As my wife and I arrived in Civita, Antonella was waiting for us in the main square and, after we met, brought us to her place (we drove there following her car, don’t trust Google Maps). The room we stayed in is very spacious, and the balcony has table and chairs, from where I really enjoyed morning sunbathing while contemplating the amazing landscape. You can see, the whole village, the rocky cliff (timpa del diavolo), the Raganello gorge and the sea. Breakfast is served in a cozy room with one single table in the centre, so all b&b guests are sitting together and every morning I had some really nice conversations with other travellers. Antonella prepares breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, one day we were even served fresh ricotta cheese made by a local shepherd, so delicious!

La masseria Ulisse e Calipso si trova in collina, ma nello stesso tempo è vicinissima al mare( 5 minuti di auto). Gode di un bel panorama sul mare, la mattina quando ti sveglierai l'unico suono che sentirai saranno gli uccellini, ci si sente completamente immersi nella natura. L'alloggio era pulito, arredato con gusto ed era fornito di tutto il necessario. La signora Anna persona gentile, educata e mai invadente, è stata molto disponibile fin da subito. Sempre attenta ai nostri bisogni ed anche a quelli della nostra cagnolina (si vede che ama gli animali)..non ha imposto alcun limite alla sua libertà di esplorazione, chiaramente sempre nel rispetto degli altri ospiti!!! Appena arrivati ci ha deliziato con un dolce buonissimo e dei prodotti tipici...La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. Se quello che ricercate è relax totale, questo è il posto giusto!!! Struttura bella e curata, mare meraviglioso, e la proprietaria è sicuramente un valore aggiunto!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Gli appartamenti di Maria Teresa sono graziose casette con una bella veranda spaziosa, immerse in uno splendido giardino. Gli alloggi sono semplici e funzionali, ben arredati e completi di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Maria Teresa è un host estremamente gentile, molto socievole, simpatica, ma soprattutto premurosa. Ci ha inviato messaggi utili verso la fine del tragitto per informarci bene sulla strada da percorrere ed è stata sempre molto attenta ed accogliente. Soggiorno molto positivo!

The place was outstanding million dollar view. Spent a day in Pizzo a must. They were so responsive great with suggestions. Ghost town am st. Hot springs super close, best restaurant La Taverna. Roberto was very helpful luved the area

We had a fabulous 5 nights at Villa Ivonne. The view on the balcony is one of the best in San Nicola Arcella and Paolo and Sandra are truly the best. We arrived in the evening and we were received with cold Prosecco, then Sandra cooked dinner for us based on our preferences. We weren't expecting such welcoming and nice hosts. The few months of Duolingo were worth it, we were able to hold some basic conversation in Italian. The apartment is clean and we were lucky because the air conditioning was just installed the days before. There are lots of dishes and plates available of really nice quality and there are interesting objects and photos on display. The Internet works well. The 5 nights went by too fast. We would like to come again and see the sea throughout the seasons. I recommend exploring the coast on both sides of San Nicola. We were lucky to see octopi, one nudibranch, sea centipedes, sea stars and gorgonians while freediving. Of course, the Arcomagno is superb too.

Wir waren sehr happy! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Lounge, Pinpong-Tisch und Outdoorgym ist ein mehr als toll! Die Aussicht ein Traum! Gemäss Beschreibung gingen wir davon aus, dass wir die gesamte Unterkunft zur Verfügung hatten (4 Zimmer mit 4 Bäder) was zuerst nicht der Fall war. Als wir Giuseppe darauf angesprochen haben hat er aber direkt reagiert und uns sofort wie gewüscht 4 separate Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, es war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch viel schöner. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns wohl. Nur 5min. Fussweg entfernt ist ein feines Restaurant. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Danke Giuseppe für diese schöne Woche und deine Gastfreundschaft!

Esperienza positivissima. L'appartamento è comodissimo, ci si dimentica l'auto! Posto tranquillo, frequentato per lo più da famiglie, immerso nel verde. Con una comoda passeggiata attraverso una pineta si arriva alla spiaggia dove c'è un mare cristallino. Compreso nel costo dell'appartamento si ha diritto ad un ombrellone e due sdraio sia al mare che in piscina. Presenti due piscine molto pulite, una con scivolo d'acqua, i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e si possono muovere tranquillamente da soli all'interno della struttura. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con i cuscini che erano veramente bassi e troppo morbidi e prontamente ce ne sono stati forniti altri comodissimi. Tutto perfetto, la casa è dotata di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno e anche di più! C'è anche la lavastoviglie che in vacanza dà una grossa mano! Consigliatissimo

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

La casa è meravigliosa, spaziosa e ristrutturata; la piscina pubblica riservata, silenziosa e pulita (dalle foto non rende). Bisogna utilizzare la macchina ma nei dintorni ci sono molte calette e spiagge uniche. L’unico problema è stato il check-out che non è alle 12:00 come scritto, ma alle 10:00, cosa che ha creato molto disagio. In ogni caso, sapendo questo, la villa vale tutti i soldi spesi.

Wir waren super Zufrieden mit der Unterkunft!Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht.Sauber und sehr schön geschnitten. Zwei Balkone wo man einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann.Die Anlage hat ein wundervollen gepflegten Pool,Spass für Gross und klein.Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können Andrey als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen!!!und sagen vielen vielen Dank für die liebe Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Maison entière très bien agencée et aménagée avec un salon et 2 chambres séparées. Tout le confort. Hôte aux petits soins. Piscine très agréable. Emplacement idéal : à la campagne au milieu des oliviers à flan de coteaux, mais aussi à 3km d’un village offrant toutes les commodités. Les sites intéressants à visiter sont à 1h-1h30 Max . Pleins de choses à découvrir . Plages de qualité a moins de 30min. Idéal pour famille.

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in meinen Augen zu 100%. Als kleine Familie waren wir zu viert dort. Mehr Personen würde ich nicht empfehlen, weil der Platz knapp sein würde. Die Kommunikation, der Empfang von Denis wären stets einwandfrei. Wenn etwas gefragt wurde und wir Hilfe benötigt haben, z.B. Stromauswahl, wurde schnell und zielführend geholfen. Man sollte ein Auto haben, sonst wird es mit dem Einkaufen und die Gegend anschauen schwierig, weil der Wohnkomplex ziemlich abgelegen ist, was für einen entspannten Urlaub gar nicht so schlecht ist. Wir können das Objekt zu dem angebotenen Preis ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen und danken den Gastgebern für alles.

Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤
