Outdoor space was fantastic, our toddler really enjoyed seeing the sheep and the chickens. The barn was well furnished and clean. There is a fantastic business park next door with lots of amenities. We had a great time - thanks so much!

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay for the weekend. Lovely, quiet area and the place was clean and tidy. Easy instructions to check in and out. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay, it was incredibly peaceful, the place was exactly as described and the hot tub was a real bonus. I would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a wonderful long Easter weekend in this charming cottage. The space was cozy and perfectly appointed, lots of old charm - original cottage was built in 1550! - and special touches that delighted our children and made us feel like we were in quite a magical little space. The gardens are beyond gorgeous and just a lovely space to sit in the sunshine and watch our children play. It was a wonderful weekend filled with children’s laughter, bird song and cozy nights by the fire as a family. Thank you Tim & Maite for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us. The children are already asking we come back soon!

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

As a family of foodies and in particular loving shellfish West mersea and the cottage were absolutely perfect for us. Our two teenagers loved the hot tub and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking good food in the small but perfectly formed kitchen and sitting in the sunshine in a very pretty deck watching the world go by. three nights was a treat, But perhaps a few extra just to make sure we could try all of the wonderful food offerings West Mersey provides . Thanks Roland for being a great host - we loved the cottage and would love to return.

We stayed at Nina's in the Easter holiday with our two younger children. All of us were left enchanted by her beautiful home! we would love to revisit in the near future. The living room and open plan kitchen was perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating our meals with the garden doors wide open. I must say the garden stole the show with it's spacious hot tub! It's situated in such a mesmerising location where you look out to fields. Sheep can be heard constantly- something my three year old absolutely loved! We miss the serenity of the countryside and the beautiful views from the house! Definitely worth a visit! The surrounding areas are simply superb!

A characterful cottage that is equipped like a home, rather than a holiday let. A great central location - walkable from the railway station and close to town and beach. Comfortable beds and the bonus of outside space. Maya was friendly and responsive in all her communications.

Clean and very well appointed cottage a few minutes walk from the high street and beach. Parking in the road is limited but there is a car park at the end of the street. We had a great time in Whitstable making the most of the dog friendly pubs, restaurants and shops. Would definitely return and stay again.

A very spacious , uber clean and well maintained and cared for property. Diane is a very welcoming host . The kitchen was stocked with bread, milk and eggs. We (3 adults) had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.

Our second stay, and we had a fantastic time. Lovely cottage with lots of space, perfect location, and great communication with Janet throughout. We will be booking again for sure!

Fantastic stay. 5 adults and dog stayed for two nights. Very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom on every floor. Really well equipped. Luxury fittings throughout and very comfortable beds. Would absolutely recommend. The bar was a fabulous bonus.

Such a lovely stay. It exceeded our expectations and was so quiet and cosy. Really nicely equipped and maintained. Perfect location - a 10 min walk to Deal centre with great shops and fab restaurants. Very close to Goose on the Green - a really lovely cafe - fantastic breakfast and service. Sarah is a great host and communicated well to ensure we knew what we need to know before our arrival. Highly recommend, and excellent value all round.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

Alison was probably the best host I’ve ever encountered. So flexible, kind and had a wonderful place in Whitstable. The location just behind the High St was perfect, her recommendations were fantastic and the amenities and actual home was just what we needed as a young family. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful stay!

Dale and Nina are great hosts, very thoughtful and friendly. We had lovely local recommendations that were walkable and the cottage is absolutely charming, clean and beautifully decorated. The garden is lovely too, and ideal to unwind in the sunshine. Everything was well organised and detailed. Definitely recommend it! Brilliant !

We really enjoyed our week in Cordyline. Very well located between the beach and high street. With two young children in our group we ate in every night and the kitchen was well equipped to enable this. The ground floor communal area was spacious and linked well with the small suntrap garden, which we also made good use of. Communication was good before and during our stay with small issue responded to and resolved quickly.

Elizabeth’s cottage is lovely with beautiful decoration and such perfect touches & decoration throughout, such as art and objects. The sofa & furnishings are very comfortable, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen & great quality (cast iron pans) Smeg fridge. The bed is supremely comfortable the linens are of excellent quality with embroidery. The courtyard is private & cosy. Close to great walks on bridle paths & very close to lots of places to explore.

First stay in Whistable and I picked a great airbnb for it - a lovely home, well-located, comfortable for a group and excellent communication from the host. Strong recommend.

I could not have started my month long visit to England in a better place! Dawn and her home made me feel right at home, the garden teeming with beautiful flowers, doves cooing and birds chirping. The nearby CoOp had everything needed to stock the kitchen. The Nature Preserve around the corner made for special walks and talks. Her artistic nature was evident throughout the house and garden. A very special place and lovely person.

Clean, tidy and minimal house that is near centre. Park on champion Street for free parking.

Joe and Tamsyn were very welcoming. The cottage was lovely and offered everything we needed. Highly recommend for a little sea break!

The house is at a perfect location to visit Canterbury. The Westgate is across the street. Also several restaurants are arround the corner. Lindsay communicates very quick and friendly and gives clear instructions. The house is for 4 persons, it has all you need for a nice stay. The kitchen is small to have a meal with 4 persons arround the table, but it fits. The space to sit on the toilet is a bit small, not enough space for the legs. Lindsay gives advise about parking in the area which is helpfull. We parked accross the street as we stayed for only one day. This is not the cheapest place, but what can you expect so close to the center. Overall it is a nice place to stay.
