Natasha's home was truely perfect in everyway. The house itself, was a true home away from home and absolutley beautifully presented. Its picture postcard entrance and the multiple floors made it even more exciting for our 8 & 9 year old to explore on arrival. There were all the home comforts available from board games to beach toys for the boys to play with and the most comfy beds, and fluffy towels. Sunshine beamed into the bedrooms for that perfect morning cup of tea whilst sitting in the window watching the world go by. As for the location, it was moments from the beach! Literally couldn't be closer if we tried and we didn't see the car after we parked it up for the weekend. Natasha was incredibly helpful and the thoughtful leaving a birthday card and box of chocs for us to enjoy. With a guidebook full of wonderful suggestions, we felt like we made the most of our time away with the perfect balance of things to do and time to rest and reset. Thank you xxx

From the very start, Angela was very communicative. She sent a list of restaurants, cafes, places to see, things to do, which was very helpful. The house was even better than we thought. Although the pictures look great, in person our expectations were exceeded. We travelled with 3 x under 5's and were chuffed at the fact that there were toys hidden in every nook and cranny. We even spent longer in the house than we thought we would because they were so well-entertained. There were little elements of detail too, with a fully equipped kitchen (particularly the fridge, pantry), some coins for the pinball and retro machines and a sign welcoming us. The location was phenomenal - literally a 3 min walk to the beach, and a 1-2min walk to the first coffee shops. Aldi was round the corner which was also super convenient. There was also on street parking, but when it was full, we parked in the pub next door. We have no complaints whatsoever and are already planning our return!

We primarily chose Slip Cottage for its location and private parking, as we know parking in Whitstable can be difficult. The cottage was just minutes from the sea front and surrounded by nice Independent shops and galleries. There were so many places to eat that we only used the very well equipped kitchen to make cups of coffee! The location is down a private lane, not a through road so very quiet. The neighbours were very friendly. Although only a double, the main bed had a really good mattress and was very comfortable. All the furnishings were good quality, with twin beds in the second bedroom. With two full bathrooms there was a choice of shower or bath, plus a downstairs loo as well! Stephen was a great host offering lots of advice about favourite places to eat. He also kindly texted once the cottage was ready so that we could go in earlier than the published arrival time. All in all a great find which we would happily return to.

Fab location, 5 min stroll to beach/bars/shops despite being super quiet. Deal is a great place for a short break, we loved it

We loved our stay at Moira’s house. The kitchen is really well stocked and equipped, the conservatory was a lovely warm, sunny spot for an afternoon nap and you’re perfect try placed to enjoy Deal. We were lucky with the cleaning times around our check in and check out and appreciated Moria’s flexibility with both. Some lovely welcome treats too!

we highly recommend this 2 bedroom house in Margate. It is perfect for a couple with up to 2 children, has 2 double beds but one is smaller. It has all the amenities necessary for a holiday, we even cooked a couple of meals. It is located at walking distance from the beach and to the trendy beach avenue, with plenty of high quality bars and restaurants.

This was our second stay here. The flat has a great location on the seafront and in the heart of Broadstairs. It’s spacious, light and airy, stylish and well equipped. It has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and there was plenty of local information and advice. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We (group of 8 friends) had a great stay in Otter's Hatch/annex add-on (seven bedrooms). The place is full of charm and is well-equipt. It's a literal stones-throw from the spotless beach, so we took breakfast there each morning (folding chairs provided in the house). The whole experience was easy, relaxing and we all fell a little bit in love with Deal's many charms! Thanks Mary-Jo!

As we walked in my son said ‘wow’ and that was all of our reaction! We have stayed in a caravan on this site before but this was a lodge and it was so much bigger! Great living space, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a veranda! 40min lovely walk along the beach/promenade into Whistable and great foodie pub just across the road (the Oyster Pearl). We had a great couple of nights here, we wished we had booked longer!

Nick is a fabulous host. Nothing is a problem for Nick. The local restaurant recommendations were spot on. The house is gorgeous, perfect for our family of four. The carefully thought out home had everything…and I mean everything you could wish for! Beds are very comfortable, space is carefully planned and utilised. Bathroom is fantastic, lots of towels! We've stayed a Ross's place a few times over the last 5 years. The location on the edge of the caravan park is lovely and peaceful with views across fields. The caravan is very comfortable, warm and has everything we need. There's lot's to do in the Camber and Rye area, there are still a few things on our list we would like to see. Lots of lovely places to eat. I thoroughly recommend this place and great value for money too! Thanks Ross!

Fantastic location, beautiful and comfy house. Perfect for a large family get-away. Games room was good fun and the garden was perfect in the sunshine. The pebble beach is just a few minutes walk away and access to the Cliff walk is easy as well.

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. A beautiful cottage, and extremely spacious. The sea view is stunning. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view. The decor is of very high quality with lots of personal touches. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication was excellent, lots of recommendations and helpful information. We would stay again and highly recommend Foreland cottage.

Had such a lovely time in this gorgeous house. The garden is huge and absolutely stunning with an amazing barbecue that was in pristine condition. The house is really well equipped and excellently located. The host was amazing and had provided lovely finishing touches around the house to make us feel so welcome. We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. We had a wonderful family holiday in a home from home by the sea. My granddaughters loved the fabulous beach and we had some great walks into and around Margate. There is so much to see and do. We took bikes and cycled to Westgate one day and Ramsgate another. The bungalow is brilliantly positioned for crabbing in the tidal pool and ball games on the green. Polly is an excellent host and the bungalow with its sauna and sun trap garden is a great place to relax…… can’t wait to return.
