My family had a great stay here. Alan’s place is exactly as described and even better! All amenities are great, the place is very cozy and clean. They even had a Christmas tree set up which was a great touch! We did a trip into Chester and Bayswater beach which ware both nearby. Would 100% recommend to those looking and would go back in a heartbeat!

Blueberry oasis is truly a wonderful spot for a get away that is close to nearby beaches, shopping and Halifax. The cottage (house) has a very logical layout with room to relax and share time with family and friends. We only rent in the winter and call it our weekend winter house. Therefore we don’t get to use the lake and boating facilities. However, the games room with pool table and dart board makes up for that. We still use the outside firepit and hot tub. Lots of firewood for both firepit and indoor wood stove for our comforts without worrying about running out of supply. I highly recommend this rental.

I had a wonderful stay at this quaint and quiet getaway spot. even though I read the instructions before heading over. I still got lost on the way, and once there, I accidentally parked in the wrong driveway a gentleman pointed me in the right direction next door to the Flora suite. once in, I could tell it was freshly cleaned when I came in and was very pleasantly surprised by the space, well organized and comfortable. Thanks! I'd love to came back here with some company someday. wonderful experience

Tracey’s apartment never fails to impress at all levels. On sunny days, the place becomes alive with sun rays filtering through. At night you can experience the most amazing sunsets. Thank you Tracey for going out of your way to accommodate me. I hope I can travel again in the spring and stay over for another week or so.

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Cape Split Cottage immensely! Super private location, loved hiking to Cape Split right from the cottage, loved running along the seaside morning and night as well in a lovely, private, and friendly neighborhood! Was our first time to the region and really appreciated the location and proximity to hiking, beachcombing, waterfall viewing, vineyards, shops, and Wolfville. Really enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub in the evenings after our adventures. Thanks for a wonderful stay, the cottage had everything we needed and the views were phenomenal!

I had an amazing stay at this cabin overlooking Mahone Bay. The view of the water was absolutely stunning—you could see it from every corner of the house, which made for such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind. The location was also great—just a short drive into town where there are some lovely shops and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend checking out Betty’s while you’re there! Although the owner’s home is next to the Airbnb, the place still felt very private. We only saw them briefly when we requested some wood for the fire, and they were super responsive and helpful. All in all, it was a perfect getaway—I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views.

We really lucked out when we found Pam’s airbnb on this spontaneous trip to Mahone Bay! It’s nestled in on a quiet street right in the heart of the town, the interior is absolutely beautiful and so cozy, and is fully equipped with everything you could need for your visit to the south shore. We hope to be back again!
