Once again, a perfect 'home away from home' and a fantastic, restful, relaxing retreat! already booked my next stay for ARTWALK ALPINE in November. Thanks, Jean for sharing your wonderful space and hospitality.

We had a blast. It was amazing to stay in a tipi, beautiful location. If you do stay there it does get cold but we didn’t mind it we loved it. The heating blanket didn’t work and they do need better heaters. Others then that we loved it. You have to remember it’s a tipi it’s not a hotel. Fun fun fun.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Shy~ so so fun and whimsical! The host was very responsive and left clear instructions so we knew what was expected of us! We loved it! And if we need a place to stay in Marfa again, Casa Shy will be our first choice!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jean & Richard's Texana Cottage. It was very welcoming, homey and comfortable. Without a doubt the best equipped kitchen in any airbnb we have seen - and some delicious treats to go with the local coffee. There was local information in the cottage plus a wealth of books with much information including history, wildlife and flora, geology and Big Bend National Park. (And of course regional cookbooks!) We would undoubtedly look forward to staying there again.

Brian's place is in an excellent location for exploring the town of Marfa. It is easy to walk to most places located around town. Brian is very responsive if you need any help. The place has everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Great spot, right across the street from Ballroom, the Get Go, minutes walk from everything else; easy to find, clean bathroom, excellent shower head, comfortable bed, quiet and effective AC, and a cute courtyard! All the things I needed for a safe, easy, relaxing stay.

Easy peasy. No complaints. Appreciated the well-appointed kitchen with oils, salt, pepper, knives that actually cut things and all the expected implements.

We travel to Alpine area once a year. We always like to stay in the heart of town and at this location. There has been a lot of changes in the last few years so we are lucky that the lofts are still available. It is a great location for all the surrounding activities (Big Bend, Marathon, Marfa, Ft. Davis) as well as walking distance restaurants and bars in the area. The lofts give you a feeling of an apartment as opposed to the ordinary hotel. Nice bed and large bathroom. Sitting area with all the kitchen amenities you need to include stove & full fridge! Clean too! Outside area is nice too for just a hangout for coffee in the morning. The only thing is we had to turn off the outside lights each night since it was blaring bright in the room. A couple of the chairs were a little worn & not able to sit in but plenty other spots otherwise! They have made a welcome area to just chill if want to. Covered parking near the room. We will be back!

I cannot say enough about how GREAT this place is! It sits on a corner but feels so private. The pictures of the patios do not do them justice! It is BEAUTIFUL! It’s very spacious inside and we felt completely at home. I will definitely want to come back again and again!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Nopal Suite. I was in town for the Spirits of the West Festival and Karen’s place was perfect for me. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It has all of the amenities a person could need. I would definitely stay here again!

This BNB was perfect for a cute spring break trip and was so close to everything in marfa!we had a great stay

Love staying at the Lofts when we visit Alpine. Location is perfect and makes things easy for us with ease of walk ability to shops. Looking forward to staying here on our next visit.
