Il mio alloggio con ingresso indipendente in storico edificio recentemente ristrutturato. PARCHEGGIO NEL CORTILE PRIVATO. Situato a Dro, a pochi km da Arco e a 12 km dal lago di GARDA. In luogo soleggiato, con ampio giardino a disposizione dove è anche possibile mangiare, cucina in appartamento. E' adatto a coppie, a gruppi di amici, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). TV, FRIGO, PHONE, WIFI GRATUITO. Riservato per l'alloggio un posto auto.

Originalmente, la casa Zoldan era una ruina desde 1874. En 2013 se renovó y se amplió por completo. Se encuentra en el centro de Coltura, junto a la iglesia de San Lorenzo y cerca de la carretera Pedemontana (SP29). La casa tiene 5 unidades residenciales que dan al gran patio privado rodeado por las paredes originales, donde también hay 5 plazas de aparcamiento, una mesa exterior con bancos y una barbacoa incorporada disponible para todos los huéspedes de la casa.

Zum Ganzjahresschigebiet Hintertuxer Gletscher sind es nur 8 Km. Die Schibushaltestelle, Loipe sowie Geschäfte und einige Lokale sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
