Sara's place was great, and served our needs very well. As others have said there is nothing special about the exterior of the house but that did not matter to us. Everything that mattered was fantastic - the house was very well designed, clean, and functional. The beds and the couch were very comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic (especially if you like to cook!), and the big back yard was a bonus. It proved to be a great place to stay with young kids. Thank you, Sara!

I don’t even know where to begin to describe how incredible the host and the space are at this Airbnb! First, regarding the home; it’s such a peaceful and gorgeous cottage. Plenty of space, beautifully maintained, all the amenities one would need, comfortable bed and linens, serene view of the garden, very private, walkable to Mission St cafes and Trader Joe’s, and meticulously clean. Second, regarding the hosts (Amber and Brian); they are incredible humans. They went above and beyond and then some to help us after the fires. They truly became like family to us. Every question was answered right away, they were proactive, they were kind and ever so helpful. Amber even stocked the fridge before our arrival! The best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had.

Chad’s home was the perfect location for my brother’s 40th birthday dinner with family and friends. The home is absolutely beautiful! I brought most of my own supplies but when I needed a bowl and few serving spoons I found the kitchen was fully stocked and labeled so it was easy to find and put back the few items I needed to borrow. The house had an excellent layout for people to visit and lots of outdoor seating options. Chad was also very proactive with communication, making check in and out a breeze. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

Patrese and Katie were great hosts. They responded very fast with very useful information. Our check in process was smooth. The house was beautiful and quiet. There were clear instructions and rules in a book near the frozen door. Multiple power plugs were available in each room and were suitable for different types of chargers. Lots of places to sit with a variety of dishes to choose from. The view of the pool was nice. Outdoor area was our favorite place to stay.

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Dream은 매우 친절했고 질문에 대한 응답 속도도 빠릅니다. 숙소 역시 사진과 똑같습니다! 세탁기, 건조기, 수건 등등 다 있습니다. 위치도 관광 중심지에서는 멀지만 평화롭고 깨끗하며 도보로 이동 가능한 상점들이 많아서 좋았어요. 다만 숙소 사진에서 잘 보여지지 않았지만 샤워기는 벽에 위쪽에 고정되어 있습니다(물론 방향변경은 가능해요). 그리고 수압이 생각보다 약해서 아쉬웠습니다. 방문 당시 요리용 오일이나 양념류?들이 잘 갖춰져있지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 부엌 환풍기가 없다보니 요리하다 태우거나 연기가 많이나면 경보가 울려요.(이건 경보기 수건으로 열심히 부채질 해주면 해결 됩니다ㅎㅎ) 덕분에 첫 la 여행을 편안하고 안전하게 즐기다 갔습니다.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

A great deal for a cozy place with secure parking and a dreamy flexible check in and out. Lovely host. The place is not that big and the bathroom is tiny, but worked just great for what I needed for a few nights (& amazing water pressure). Starbucks is next door, grocery store in one direction and the Americana shopping mall in the other. Lots to walk to.

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb over the weekend! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! I will definitely be staying with you again!

It was a beautiful and comfortable home! Nestled in the hills of a cute neighborhood with a great views. The pictures definitely describe the house. Stephen was an amazing host! He was always quick to respond to questions or inquiries. He was also helpful to suggest places and things to do in the area. Definitely a place we will stay again, if in the area.

Absolutely no complaints. Property was clean, well kept. The yard was nice. The separate bathrooms really help with getting everyone ready for the day or for bed. The host was responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Sometimes it’s tough to get a feel for the area from photos or google maps. We did not worry about our cars, or kids running in the yard. A lot of places very close by for easy grab and go groceries or other needs. Towels and other basic amenities provided which makes travel much easier. One thing that may be small but shows attention to detail is the dispenser of Q-Tips in the bathroom. They may not have been needed when I first noticed but turned out to be handy to get a piece of dirt stuck in my fiancées ring. This would not have been noticed or thought of if it wasn’t provided. But it shows the host puts a bit of effort that jot every host does. Would stay here and plan on staying here again in the future!
