We had a great experience with Jessica and the property. The space was setup to be very comfortable right from the beginning. The amenities and layout were similar to hotel stays, with towels, soaps, body washes, toothbrushes, etc. all laid in each bathroom. The space itself provides plenty of space with three levels, so even with a few people in the home there's more than enough room to work and relax. Jessica was very prompt in communication and was able to assist with all our requests and changes. Thank you very much.

we loved our at Belinda, we had a raining so had an evening just hanging out,it was very comfortable, looking farward to staying again when we can sit on the beautiful porch and use the hot tub. Paulette and Ed

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. It was an absolutely lovely house in a bucolic area. The house itself was a perfect combination of spacious and cozy, amazing for lounging on the oversized pouf in the living room near the wood burning stove, playing foosball and watching movies upstairs in the den, and peaceful hot tub time in the chilly evenings. The kitchen was also well-stocked for our cooking purposes. We can honestly say it was one of the best Airbnb accommodations we've stayed at and we will surely look forward to staying here again when we're visiting the area.

My favorite thing about this place was how calm and quiet it was. It's in a little neighborhood with lots of fruit trees and I loved walking to the store (about 1/2 mile). It has a lovely back yard too. The house was clean and well put together and very adequate for my needs. Access was easy, and although I didn't need to ask Tom for anything, I felt like he would respond quickly if needed.

We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

My cats and I absolutely loved our stay! The place had tons of natural light and felt super homey. I even made a few new fur friends around the neighborhood! The host and neighbors were all super friendly with animals, and the whole community felt really safe and welcoming. Honestly, the location, price, and comfort were all spot-on. I’ll definitely be booking this place again next time I’m in South Bay!

This is a whole cottage-house on its own lot, not a unit behind or attached to another building. Immaculately clean, plenty of space with two large bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, Jack-and-Jill bathroom, all the amenities as described, short walk to downtown Lodi, easy parking in front or driveway. Lots of windows and light. Backyard area as well, although we didn't have a chance to use it. Host was very communicative, although we never actually met her.

The loft was perfect for our family of four for two nights. Very comfortable, cozy, and clean. We were able to check in early at the last minute. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet apartment spacious enough for a family of five with three teenagers. Easy to get in and out and convenient parking. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you need. Kim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Santana Row was decorated beautifully for the holidays, which made a lovely extended stay. Thank you Kim.

Bev and Rod were such wonderful hosts. The "shed" as they call it, is exactly as described. Extremely clean, very calm and peaceful, the perfect temperature, and restful bed. With the mini kitchen I was able to warm up leftovers and keep my water cold. Also Bev and Rod are such gracious hosts. I felt as though I was visiting my grandparents house. They were quick to give recommendations and feedback on the places I planned to visit with my dog. Their warmth was genuine and the shed was a quiet place for me to reflect and read. It had everything I needed included clean shower, bathroom, bed, and room. Perfect place for a couple or a lone traveler (+ small dog) like I was this trip. If you're planning on doing some hiking in the area or have Big Trees on your national park list, then don't pass up on this amazing spot. 100% worth the cost and so much more. If I plan to visit the area again, this will be my first choice on places to stay.

Wonderful stay on Santana Row. The location can’t be beat. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space for the entire family. The outdoor space was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. We’ll definitely be back!

The place is great, better than the photos actually! It has everything you’ll ever need, such as pots, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies, and everything is very clean. However, one little con is that the internet is a bit unstable, no matter if we’re using cellular service or the purchased wifi.

This was our second time staying at Marty and Jess’s place, and once again, it’s an easy 5 stars! They’re wonderful hosts—kind, responsive, and always making sure we feel completely at home. The apartment is just the right size for my boyfriend and me, cozy and comfortable, and also a peaceful spot to work remotely. We especially love their beautiful garden and the quiet, walkable neighborhood. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing, relaxing home at a great location. The house was clean, had plenty of space and bedding, and lots of extra amenities. Relaxing and quiet for a peaceful stay. Great place to stay if you are attending a game, or convention, or just visiting the area in general.

Our stay was amazing! There were seven of us, plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor spaces are incredible. We ate dinner around the pool our first night with the sound of the Calaveras River rushing in the background. The gas grill was perfect for cooking steaks. Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the kitchen deck watching the deer and fox that passed through. The bed were comfy, plenty of towel were provided as well as pool towels. Soap and shampoo provided as well! The only drawback was that we were there for only two nights. Jp and Maria were very responsive to the few question I had. We would most definitely recommend a stay there!

This was a good choice for a football game at Levi's stadium. The home was within walking distance and was in safe location. Communication was prompt and helpful. The home had everything we needed for our quick trip. We would stay there again

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

all great accept there were only one trash bag... I had buy some trash bag.. and need to upgrade fry pan. we couldn't do egg fry due to stuck on the pan. other than that need little touch up with paints... hahaha 😆 😂 Great location and great house...
