Lisa was so lovely, and we loved staying at her place. It was even better than the photos! An amazing kitchen for cooking, a pool, a spa, and spacious comfortable areas throughout made for the perfect getaway. Lisa was super friendly and helpful throughout, we would absolutely stay here again.

It was a great stay and the hosts were very friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite a couple of widespread power outages, the hosts still made sure our stay was as undisturbed as possible. And made sure we had power and a warm stay through bad weather. And they even offered for us to move or cancel before hand knowing the weather and the risks that we due.

We would thoroughly recommend Nicks place to anyone hoping to visit the beautiful Mangawhai Heads . The house is situated on a very peaceful street just a couple of minutes drive to the town with its many shops, absolutely fabulous for all the family to enjoy with pool . The owners responded very quickly with us when we and gave further information and were always so supportive through out our stay.Thanks

We loved this Ruakaka holiday home. It was so warm and homely with a perfect layout, super clean, comfy beds and we loved the set up of the garage. Even though the weather wasn't great, we jumped in the pool. This place would be so epic in summer. Sarah was the perfect host, super responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was absolutely breathtaking, there was plenty of board games and toys for our 4 year old to enjoy as well. We would definitely stay again ❤️

Wow! What an absolutely magical and beautiful place to stay! The place itself is much bigger than it looks in photos and was absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious, had it's own kitchenette (which was particularly helpful for parents of little ones they didn't need to come downstairs to the kitchen to make a bottle as everything could be done in their room), had it's own ensuite which is an absolute bonus and is situated in a peaceful area great for walks. Howard was absolutely fantastic with his clear and helpful instructions which were prompt and responsive. What a gold mine to have found in whangaparoa! We will absolutely be back again! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing property which was even better than it looked in the photos. Very well equipped with everything you need and communication with Emma was quick and easy. Pool, spa and outdoor fireplace were a big hit!

The home was absolutely perfect. The setting was beautiful and the house itself was clean and well kept (not to mention, the beautiful interior decor). The hosts were amazing in their communication, accomodating and exercised flexibility to specific requests of mine, which I hugely appreciated. I had all the information I needed upon checking in and felt very comfortable reaching out with any questions I had on my stay. I had a rather large group stay at the place so the cottage next to the main home was a winner, allowing for space and privacy amongst a big group. The spa pool and plunge pool was a treat with a stunning view and lots of grass area outside for the kids and pets to run around and play. I would highlight recommend this home to anyone looking for somewhere clean, beautiful location with ocean views and friendly and accomodating hosts.
