We recently stayed in Lett unit with my 4 friends & it was exceptional. Room was beautiful. Cris was very accommodating. Free native-snacks upon arrival. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹. It legit felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again! 🌟

Sherwyn’s condo unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.Communication was seamless! He was very responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

The unit was big enough and it felt like home, everything is available. There are clear instructions on every side of the cabinets,made it easy for my kids to follow. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and other amenities. The host was very mabait,proactive and clear with all the reminders, I dont have to ask questions kasi everything was already communicated. Security was also excellent, and frontdesk was great too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and by far my #1 now from all the airbnb’s we previously stayed. ill definitely book it again when I go back to iloilo.

Iloilo is indeed a City of Love----but what made our trip even more memorable was staying at Karen’s Place. It truly felt like home! Even if you just stay in, it still feels like a vacation. The property is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials. The AC is cold, the bed is super comfy, and we had zero issues with the internet—perfect for remote work. Karen is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The building’s security personnel were also friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the cozy nook area is just lovely. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iloilo!

Had a relaxing time at Ma'am Roselle's place. There were interesting pieces of artworks & ceramics in the unit plus the work/dining table was spacious. Also, everyone there was amiable & accommodating. Thank you!

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

Lisas place is a cosy small studio in a modern Building easy to reach and close to a couple of shopping centres and the smallville complex. It provides the right balance between quiet life and close to the action. the apartment is wel equipped and spotless clean. everything works as it should. Philippin Apartments are small, which can be challenging for tall people. This is the best AirBnb i have ever stayed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Alice's place. It's just right for 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 7 and 3). The kids had a lot fun at the nearby pool and even just staying in the living room and playing with the chess board. The spare room also became a play area for them. The kitchen is just right for us with its refrigerator, electric water dispenser, induction cooker, and utensils. The dining table is placed in the middle, between the kitchen and living room and is big enough for 6. This summer, we were kept nice and cool inside the condo because all airconditioning units for the 2 bedrooms and the living room are strong and well-maintained. The swimming pool and playground are only a few steps away. FYI: Mondays are pool cleaning days, so it is closed during those times. Alice and her co-hosts are very kind because they responded to our request in looking for a cellphone charger that we accidentally left behind. All in all, this listing is great for families.

The location is perfect close to everything I wanted to do. next to Mega world and SM Mall never a problem getting a Grab or Taxi. I wish the bed was a Queen and not a full-size bed I am a big guy at 6'3 but it was a good bed to sleep on.
