Unlike many Airbnbs, the door code was unique to us which gave a lot of comfort. Place was as described, clean and comfortable. But the pool is not the type you can do laps in!

My family had a wonderful time over the Thanksgiving holiday experiencing the Bayou’s of Louisiana. As a ⚜️ native, who has travelled the world and now far from Louisiana, Fred’s place gave me a great place to reflect on life and reminding me of my ⚜️roots and humble beginnings - in peace. I absolutely loved it. The highlight was arriving to check in at 2am and having to figure out the barge for the first time to cross the river to get to the house. A memorable experience my family will never forget Thank you Fred! Be blessed!

I've stayed in many Airbnb's and I really enjoyed this one. Stephanie was outstanding, so helpful, super sweet, and the space (bedroom and bathroom) was clean, roomy, nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy too. Stephanie included ALL of the sweet little extras (coffees, teas, water, etc). I traveled alone and this was the perfect fit of safety and warm hospitality.
