For a family with younger children this is heaven! Toys, pool toys, beach toys and gear, heated pool, high chair and crib, stools for little ones to reach sinks, just perfect. Beautiful Setting, gorgeous master. And hosts are flexible and responsive.

The Beach House was an exceptional place for our stay! The location was perfect for sunrises & sunsets over the bay. The interior had true beach vibes and was very comfortable. Great place for walks and bird watching! The Osprey were awesome. Spring break traffic aside, it is very convenient for beach access & nearby restaurants. We will be looking to stay here again!!

Beautiful home with so many extras. Kayaks, coffee, shampoo. All the little things you may have forgotten until you can get to the store just a few minutes away. The canal was the best part of our stay! We saw jumping fish and manatees from the kitchen window! Host was extremely responsive and the Ripley Museum near by was perfect for a rain day and free on Mondays.

The house was gorgeous! Also, Nicole was an amazing host. She made sure to make us feel at home and was very responsive to all of the questions that we have.

We had a great stay here! The pool was fantastic after long beach days, and we all enjoyed playing pickleball. The house was large, clean and very well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is amazing! Great set up with a bathroom for each room and each room is private from the others. A great neighborhood to walk and very friendly neighbors. Kitchen is great! Back yard is perfect. We will be visiting again for sure!

A 5-star place to chill out! The views are amazing. There is a dock at both front and back of property. We didn’t catch any fish, but we enjoyed the time we spent trying. Very clean, tidy, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furnishings. About 10 minutes drive to great restaurants on the water. Host was in communication with us throughout the week. She replied to every question within minutes. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nicole’s place was absolutely amazing experience for our family. Everything was in place and ready when we arrived including toys for the kids and beach stuff. The pool is spacious enough for kids to play and to teach little kids swimming. Beach is only 6 minutes away and with the kart it is very little effort to get to the perfect location at the beach. Instructions and check out were super easy. Overall great stay for family. The only thing we regret was that we did not book for more nights.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

We had a great vacation with our 10 mo old here! A crib was setup for us in the 2nd bedroom, we had a highchair and baby tub. It made traveling with an infant a little easier! We loved the pool since the ocean water was pretty chilly. We were a 10 min walk to turtle beach which we enjoyed one evening as we watched the sunset! Overall we had a great stay and our hosts were so welcoming and friendly!

Beautiful location and well-appointed space! Wonderful hosts! A local charter captain was able to pick me up from the dock for an excellent day of fishing in local waters.

To clarify, we were not the typical guest. We lived about 10 minutes from Lakewood National and knew the community very well. We had just sold our house and were moving out of the country. We needed about 10 days to tie up a lot of loose ends. Ray actuality showed us the condo before we rented it. Lakewood National is a great community and close to all of the Lakewood Ranch amenities. The unit overlooks a beautiful Par 3 green for all of you golfers. For us, it was a great stay and Ray made it stress free.

Very cute and clean place. It is on the second floor, if stairs are an issue this wouldn’t work. The bathroom doesn’t have much for counter space. The area was quiet, never heard anyone in the other units.

Great location, beautiful sunrise, great fishing! My daughter cast out and within five minutes, caught a bass!!

Very tidy, cozy and lovely AirBnb that was equipped with everything we needed! We loved waking up to all the nature sounds and enjoying our morning cup of coffee in the screen porch! Wonderful location and it was a close drive to many fantastic attractions!

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!

Our stay at the cabin was great. The outpost was an awesome hangout and the cabin was small but fit our needs perfectly. I plan to make another trip down just to enjoy the outpost and all of the outdoor activities
