Bu güzel ada evinde konaklamam harika geçti. Bu kiralamayı harika bir ekip yönetiyor ve bir sorum oldugunda 7/24 hızlıca cevaplıyorlardı🙏🏻 manzara çok güzeldi. Her gün adada yürüyüş yaptım ve diğer adalara da ulaşım kolaydı. Huzur dolu bir 4 gün geçirdim. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi evde yemek pişirebildim. Ev zaten iskeleye çok yakın. Market manav hepsi evin yakınında. Daha önceki yorumlarda bahsedilen banyodaki koku olayı çözülmemişti ama kapıyı kapalı tutup sürekli havalandırdığımda evin içini etkilemedi. Banyodayken rahatsız ediyordu ama zamanla alışıyorsunuz 😂:) ev sahiplerinin sorunu çözmek için uğraştığını duydum ama eski evlerde olabilir böyle sorunlar. Adada kalmak isteyenlere evi tavsiye ederim. Burgazadanın sakinliği herkese iyi gelecektir 🙏🏻

Konaklama için, çok geç bir saatte ve acil olarak rezervasyon yapmıştık. Muhammed Bey ise durumu anlayışla karşıladı ve bize hızlıca yardımcı oldu. Bu durumda bile, daire gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Kendisine tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Manzara harikaydı, denize sıfır olması gerçekten büyük bir avantajdı. Sessiz, huzurlu ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Otopark sorunu yoktu.

Bizimle sürekli iletişimde olan her türlü konuda yardımcı olan çok kibar ve nazik bir ev sahibi. Ev çok temiz konum mükemmel çok memnun kaldık.

Gencay è davvero una splendida persona. Ci ha aspettato per il check in che abbiamo fatto con un po’ di anticipo e ci ha accolto con due cai tea caldi. La stanza è davvero molto bella e moderna ed è un una delle zone migliori di Istanbul, collegata a tutto tramite metro, bus e Marmaray. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Zafer is a very attentive and reliable host! He was always there for us. The location is just great. The window view is breathtaking — you can see the hills and the Bosphorus. I highly recommend this house for an Istanbul stay.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Voyage en famille avec 2 enfants. Logement parfait très spacieux avec tout le nécessaire, conforme à la description, la vue sur le Bosphore et la mosquée est magnifique du matin au soir. Logement impeccable d’une propreté parfaite !! Proximité devant le ferry vers les îles ou Kadikoy, funiculaire vers Taksim, bazar mosquée bleue juste en face. Palais à visiter juste en face également. De très bons déjeuner à 10 minutes. Samet était très réactif avant pendant et même après le séjour ! Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci !!

قابلت الأخ بندر فقد كان دقيقا في مواعيده وخدوم بشكل كبير وكان متعاونا جدا وقد ساعدنا في اختيار المواقع المناسبة للسياحة وكذلك أرشدنا إلى موقع استئجار السيارة

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
