Fantastic cottage in a stunning location. We loved being just a few minutes ' walk from the beach. Richard and Kate were very friendly and helpful. would definitely recommend/stay again!

What a magical place to stay! The views and location were incredible and the house itself was so clean and well appointed. It was our wedding anniversary during our stay and we had lovely surprises waiting for us upon our arrival, which made our celebration extra special - very thoughtful and generous of our hosts! We had the most wonderful time in Portree and on Skye and can’t thank David, Alexander and Katherine enough for their kindness, hospitality and for sharing their beautiful home with us ❤️

A stunning view and lovely cottage. Alan is very communicative and gave descriptive directions. Easy enough to find with navigation. You will need to bring all food and spices needed for cooking. Couldn’t find hair dryer as listed, but no big deal since it was so windy anyway. Be sure to visit Yurtea&Coffee right down the road, fabulous place.

What a fantastic place. We wanted somewhere to stay where we could make use of our paddle board & kayak and this was the perfect venue. Easy access to a fantastic quiet loch to enjoy the scenery. The hot tub & sauna were a very welcome treat after a day on the loch. Great location for exploring the highlands with Ben Nevis only 15 minutes away. The accommodation was excellent with absolutely everything you could need, from a lovely Scottish breakfast pack to gorgeous toiletries. The added bonus for us as a family was use the of BBQ hut. Would highly recommend and I’m sure we will be back.

Our stay at Duncan and Emma’s place on the Isle of Skye was absolutely unforgettable. The pictures of the view—especially of the water, islands and sunsets—are beautiful, but they truly don’t do it justice. Sitting on the sofa and watching the sun dip below the horizon through the large front windows was simply stunning. Their local recommendations for food and coffee were spot on. Every place we visited had its own quirky charm and served up delicious food, adding even more character to our trip. Duncan and Emma were fantastic hosts—super responsive to our messages and always happy to assist when needed. I genuinely couldn’t fault them in any way. Thank you both for such a memorable stay!

Lovely little lodge. Well equipped. Clean. Right next to the loch my girls spent hours playing on the paddleboard and hopping in the hot tub. The host even let us in earlier than we should have to accommodate miserable weather. Very accomodating and friendly Would definitely recommend

Fantastic hosts with a great welcome, fresh flowers everywhere and a visit from Sara to see if we were OK. The house is amazing with so many great features but the views of the Summer Isles and beyond are simply stunning. Very comfortable house with everything you need.

Very nice cottage with a stunning view on the lake. Lovely, big Garden with rabbits. The cottage was very clean, super well equipped and decorated. It had various sorts of tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder, oil, vinegar and spices, and Undine had even left a big box of shortbreads for us. The communication with her was very easy and all Information about our stay easily accessible. We will recommend it to our friends !

Outstanding lodge in very beautiful surroundings. Extremely quiet, all you can hear are the birds. Lodge was spotlessly clean with a wonderful across the Loch. Comfy bed with quality bed linen. Great shower and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very stocked with utensils and pans etc and a few basics to get you started. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Joy was very responsive at all times.
