We had a wonderful time at De Vrede. The cottage is exactly as described and the garden is amazing. Our dogs especially loved the wild part of the garden. It was comfortable and cozy. Exactly what we we were looking for.

Lovely stay at Ian's place. McGregor is a quaint little town set against beautiful nature & the cottage and fantastic garden really is a perfect example of what one can expect here

You couldnt ask for more! Beautiful setting right on the river. The house is spacious, tastefully devorated, clean and has everything you need. Lovely host who makes your check-in and stay super easy. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful cottage on a beautiful farm. We were welcomed with a freshly baked bread and milk from the farm. Elzette was a wonderful host and we had a wonderful stay with them.

Egbert is a great host and we felt right at home. The place is spotless and really well designed. We enjoyed the outdoor areas with the pool and the large eating area. We ended up regretting only staying one night :-)

This is already our fourth time staying in Rigby's beautiful house. It is wonderfully located on the golf course, offering a peaceful atmosphere. It's a great starting point for many activities. Rigby and Jean-André are always easily reachable. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at George’s. It was an escape in the countryside. The place is beautiful and peaceful. Sandress, the butler, was incredibly friendly and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely return.

As per my first visit to Lucky Crane Villas on my birthday in November, this visit was again spectacular. The interior aesthetics of Monika's design, the total comfort, the thoughtfully created functionality in every space, the integration with surrounding nature and the views out the windows, the private garden, and so much more - all this adds up to a truly fabulous experience. Definitely have dinner at the "The Courtyard Bistro and Theater", and breafast at "51", both must-visit destinations in their own right. absolutely stunning location and great house. loads of space for the kids to play and keep busy. Crystal clear, clean pool. house was big and clean and had everything one could wish for a weekend away. Just wish we were able to stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was charming, the gardens so beautiful and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. It was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants - very conveniently located. Lovely linen, comfortable matrasses and we were spoilt with the Rain toiletries in the bathroom. Jonathan and Rosie were excellent hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is new and spacious, even more so than shown on the listing. I loved the shower! It's a lovely open, uncluttered space with everything you need. We were able to take our two dogs and enjoyed walks nearby. The perfect getaway!

Had a lovely stay here with my family. The location is extremely scenic but also an easy walk to the main town of Swellendam for restaurants and supermarkets. The outside area of this home is fantastic- the stoep and pool area are amazing for warm days as well as one day it was raining here we sat out in perfect comfort watching the storm. Inside was incredible clean and spacious- the kitchen extremely well equipped for both braais and oven/stove cooking. Lynette was a fantastic host- proactive before our stay and responsive throughout!

We really enjoyed our stay at Karen’s place. The cottage was extremely comfortable and we loved the private outdoor space. Karen’s son Scott was really helpful with directions and recommendations.

We had a really wonderful stay at the cottage. The view from the balcony is so amazing 😍 And the cottage itself is full of art and character. Really feels like a proper home which my husband and I prefer over the more soulless Airbnb's we stayed at in the past.
